摘要


隨著WiFi的普及,無線網路已經隨處可見。近年來手持裝置及平板的流行,數量已經快速增加,全球網路資料量更是大幅上升。為了減輕龐大的資料量,並且有效地利用頻寬,許多方法被提出。在過去的無線網路中,頻道大小是固定,近年來有相關領域的研究指出,動態調整頻寬是比較好的方法。 在這篇論文中提到頻道存取機率的概念,並使用這個概念來計算存取點在實際環境中使用每個頻道成功獲得的機率。控制器再依照每個存取點的流量及頻道存取機率來決定最佳的頻道分配方法。並在實際環境中測量的結果並提供改進的方法。

With the trend of WiFi technology, wireless local area network can be seen everywhere. Nowadays, because smart phone and tablet being prevalent, the number of devices grow rapidly. In order to alleviate a mass of data volume, and utilize unlicensed spectrum effectively, many methods are proposed. In the past, channel width are fixed in wireless network, dynamic channelization is a better method in relative researches recently. In this thesis, we propose the concept of channel access probability and use this concept to calculate the probability when AP accessing every channel in real environment. Controller can dispatch appropriate channel for each AP, and reduce the sum of gap between bitrate and bitrate requirement for each AP.Keywords: Channel access probability, Dynamic channelization
