網路專題式學習呈現策略之研究

ANALYSIS OF PRESENTATION STRATEGIES IN A WEB-BASED PROJECT-BASED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

摘要


本研究分析專題式學習作品之呈現策略,以及探討網路化專題式學習環境中,學習成果之重要元素。研究對象為73位修習教育傳播課程之大學生,經歷一學期以專題 式學習為主之課程,在期末時需要以一網路化作品呈現其專題探索之學習成果。 專題作品之品質,與小組學習者之呈現策略是經由專家評鑑、學習者自評與同儕互評共同決定。本研究發現每一個小組為表達小組專題探索過程,與小組對專題主題之看法,皆發展出小組不同之呈現策略,同時這些呈現策略可被分為內容呈現策略與介面呈現策略兩大類。本研究以人文社會領域之大學生為主要研究對象,研究結果對於瞭解專題式學習於高等教育之實施可提供實證參考,同時對於專題式學習在教育科技等專業科目的應用上,也提供了實際的教學應用建議。

The study attempted to analyze the presentation strategies of project artifacts, and to further explore the critical elements of presentation in a web-based, project-based learning environment. A total of 73 student were enrolled in the educational communication and technology course of the communication program. The instructor further conducted the project-based learning in web environment and students experienced the new approach and developed the products to show their exploration of interested projects. The quality of the projects and the presentation strategies were determined by instructor’s and experts’ evaluation, students’ self-evaluation and peer evaluation based on a 50 items on the checklists. Findings of the study show that students in teams all developed their strategies for presenting their thoughts and learning processes of the project-based learning. The strategies students adopted can be categorized into content presentation and interface presentation strategies. This study was conducted at the college undergraduate level, and subjects were all from the liberal arts and social science background. The results of this study can contribute to the understanding of the effect of implementing project-based learning in higher education as well as in a professional domain such as educational communication and instructional design.
