以DANP方法探討我國自行車產業競爭力之關鍵要素

摘要


本研究認為造成空氣暖化與汙染的原因眾多,交通運輸造成的比例相當可觀。 有鑑於此,推廣自行車的使用將是有效解決交通造成的空氣汙染方案之一,同時 台灣自行車產業技術與供應鏈亦相當成熟,吾人認為我國在這樣的天時地利人和下能有效發展自行車產業,並欲以此研究探討需發展之構面與要素。 本文以波特鑽石理論模型作為基底,探討五大構面與其下要素以分析我國自行車產業競爭力之關鍵要素。五大構面包含: 生產要素,需求條件,企業的戰略、結構、競爭對手,相關產業和支持產業,政府(其下共有十二大要素)。設計出專家評分問卷,回收結果並採用DANP (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytic Network Process)法,量化分析出我國自行車產業競爭力之關鍵構面與要素。 研究結果發現”需求條件”,”企業的戰略、結構、競爭對手”為權重最高的兩大構面。影響我國自行車產業發展之所有構面與其下要素之詳細分析與探討,詳載於本研究之各大篇章中。

There are many reasons to cause air pollution and global warming, transportation is one of the key reasons. We deem that promoting the use of bikes can effectively solve the problems, Taiwan has strong bicycle supply chain as well and it’s exactly the time to develop this industry in Taiwan. The purpose of the thesis is to explore the key dimensions and factors that affect the performance of Taiwan’s bicycle industry. First, this study adopts the Michael Porter’s Diamond Model, including five dimensions: Factor endowment; Demand conditions; Strategy, structure, and rivalry; Related and supporting industries and Government, and there are twelve factors under the dimensions. Second, twelve professionals from corporates, government, academic and non-governmental organization---NGO were interviewed and their opinions were recorded. At last, I analyzed the opinions by DANP---Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytic Network Process method for finding the key dimensions which having strong impacts on the industry. The result shows that Demand conditions and Strategy, structure, and rivalry are the critical dimensions that affect the performance of Taiwan’s bicycle industry, the details of the analysis are identified and listed in the thesis.
