This thesis is to discuss the 4th generation b′ quark decay to verify whether the 4th generation exists or not. We want to find other simple approximation to replace the complicated 5-body in the different specific b′ mass regions. First, we describe the weak interaction, which the b′ quark gets involved in, and we compare the difference between in the Standard Model and the four generation frame. Second, we write down our result of the decay width calculation and introduce another method to calculate the decay width. Finally, we compare the different decay modes with the 5-body decay in the different b′ mass, and conclude that in the different b′ mass region we can approximate the 5-body decay with simple decay modes.
