With the reduction of the main business charges in financial business sector, banks begin to put focus on wealth management business and want to get the favorable performance on this area. The participants in this study are financial advisors in L bank. We want to know what kinds of individual is suitable to be a financial advisor by analyzing their personality and their willingness to be a financial advisor. In addition, we get further research on the relationship between personal traits, seniority in bank, the method to become a financial advisor, working areas, willingness (internal and external incentives), the reason choose to sale insurance products and outstanding performance.
