運用模糊層級分析法於逆物流回收商評估準則之研究—以3C產業為例

摘要


由於環保意識及法令的抬頭,目前企業開始重視產品回收責任的議題。面對此議題,企業若選擇在既有營運體系下增建自有回收的逆物流系統,可能會面臨技術門檻及成本過高的挑戰,因此,將產品回收的業務外包給適合的專業回收商實為快速且有效的解決方案。然而,企業若是選擇不適當的回收商,可能會造成回收的產品被轉賣到第三世界的國家或是被非法組裝進入二手市場,造成企業商譽的損失。緣此,企業在選擇回收商時須審慎的評估,所以如何建立回收商評估準則是重要的課題。但是,過去的文獻中有探討此議題的研究並不多,有鑑於此,本研究將針對3C產業在選擇回收商時應需考慮的評估準則進行研究,並利用模糊層級分析法找出回收商評估準則的權重值及其重要性排序。期使企業在進行回收商的選擇時,可參考這些準則評估出適合自己公司的回收商。其研究結果發現,3C產業在評估回收商時重視的準則前三名分別為「技術水準」、「服務績效表現」和「具信賴的內部管控」。

Because of laws and environmental points, enterprises start to place importance on reclaiming of products. If enterprises intend to build their reclaiming logistic systems, they will meet challenges of specialized technologies and high cost. Therefore, it is a popular alternative to use strategic outsourcing that the reclaiming is dealt by a professional reclaiming agent. However, if they choose unsuitable agents, they may damage their goodwill. For the reason, they have to evaluate agents carefully. It’s an important topic to built criteria of selecting the reclaiming agents, but rare studies conferred this topic in the past. Due to the above-mentioned, this study will research the evaluating criterions of reclaiming agents to choose reclaiming agents and then use FAHP to find the weight and priority of criterions. The result indicates the three most important criteria are technology level, service performance, and internal control, respectively.
