中國大陸Wiki網站商業營運之研究：以互動在線為例

摘要

本研究針對中國大陸商業Wiki網站經營者互動在線公司做個案研究，由於商業Wiki網站在台灣仍屬少數，故希望能透過對於商業Wiki網站之個案研究汲取其經驗並了解其營運之關鍵因素。本研究透過個案研究法並輔以內容分析、參與觀察及深度訪談法的方式，得知商業Wiki網站的營利核心及可行模式，並與學者所提出Wiki網站金三角模式做比較，檢視商業Wiki網站營運的不同策略面。
本研究結論如下：
一、商業Wiki網站之營運建立在電子商務架構五大領域及電子商務法則三元素之概念下。
二、Wiki採取商業營運之之五大策略為使用者、系統、內容、投資合作、營收獲利，此五大因素亦可歸納為Wiki網站採取商業營運之可行模式。
三、商業Wiki網站透過專門廣告之精確性，確立其營利核心。
四、與Wiki金三角模式相較，商業Wiki網站除須維持Wiki網站三要素(使用者、系統、內容)外，更須注重其投資合作及營收獲利二策略。

根據研究結果，本研究提出建議三點如下：
一、商業Wiki網站需確立其傳播內容之經營策略。
二、商業Wiki網站需有多元化的宣傳，吸引使用者及投資、獲利的進場。
三、商業Wiki網站需縝密計畫其資源面，避免無法營利甚至虧損。

Take China’s commercial wiki site “Baike.com” for example, as less commercial wiki site in Taiwan, this study through Baike.com’s case to get the experience and define the feasible model of operating the commercial wiki site. By using content analysis, participant observation, in-depth interview and compare with Golden Triangle Mode of Wiki, study also get commercial wiki site’s core income and confirm the five strategies in the feasible model.
According to the results of the study, the conclusions are:
1.Commercial wiki site’s operating is follow in e-commerce structure and e-commerce rule.
2.To operating Commercial wiki site has five strategies are User, System, Content, Investment and Cooperation, profit, those strategies also are the feasible model of operating the commercial wiki site.
3.Commercial wiki site’s core income through by accurate advertisement.
4.Compare with Golden triangle mode of Wiki, commercial wiki site have to attach importance on two strategies are investment and cooperation, profit.
Suggestions proposed in this study are:
1.Commercial wiki site have to clear its content provide.
2.By using different propaganda, commercial wiki site can attract more users and more investors.
3.Commercial Wiki site requires careful plan of its resources, to avoid the no-profit or loss.
