本研究為設計論文,共分做兩部分進行探討,第一部分為本研究之設計論述,第二部分為本研究之設計實踐 第一部分論述: 本研究探討的流動是架構在全球化下科技所帶動的物質現象,以及金廈之間因此所產生的生活圈變遷,及因此產生的貿易、居住和空間等議題。研究後發現,全球化的移動經驗可分做兩部分,一為物質性流動現象,另一為非物質性流動狀態,兩者間相互引發作用形成我們所見的城市變遷。結合前述討論後,發現到在面對城市擴張與邊界的議題時,人在需求情況下邊界/邊緣地帶成為流動最頻繁的區域,因此在設計中所出現的過渡性空間將對於流動有進一步的論述。 第二部分設計實踐: 最後,設計的操作分成兩個階段,透過「區位分工」的觀點進行分析,共同生活圈資源分享及功能分工的特性,訂定出一套跨越邊界交易的模式,並將以物易物觀點轉化實踐在國與國邊緣的模糊地帶。金門與廈門當作的第一個試驗點,第一階段透過一座跨海大橋的連結,提出這項虛擬思考並訂定program,試圖將突破邊界的概念,而後敘述共同區域互相所需狀態的真實性,並在橋墩構造上置入人力派遣的漁工住宅單元。第二階段設計操作是將連結跨海大橋的馬山地區,進行地景重構,因為當金廈成為一個完整實質的區域後,使得馬山地區成為首當其衝的過渡地區,經由產業分工並使得鄰近的聚落產生一種產業和居住的相互模式,最後透過空間重整及散落產業分工網絡建構出一個地區的空間策略。
This research is a design dissertation and is divided into two parts. First part of this research is design deduction and second part of this research is design practice. This study includes the following content: First part of deduction: The flow investigated in this study is under the structure of materiality phenomenon due to technology of globalization as well as the consequent life circle transition in Kinmen-Xiamen and relevant issues in business trade, housing and space. The study found that globalized mobility experience can be divided into two parts. First part is material flow phenomenon and the other part is non-material flow status. The interaction between those two parts triggers the formation of city transition we have seen. In conclusion, in the face of urban expansion and the issue of borders, under people demand circumstances, border and edge areas become the most frequent flow areas. Therefore, the transitory space arisen in the design study will be further discussed in terms of flow. Second part of practice: Finally, the operation of design is divided into two phases. Through the separation of jurisdiction viewpoint analysis, and the characteristics of common life circle resources sharing and division of functions,we can set up a model of cross-boarders trading and put barter perspective into practice in the states of the fuzzy edge zone. Kinmen and Xiamen as the pilot sites, in the first phase via the connection of cross-sea bridge, we propose this virtual thinking and set up a program to try to break through the boarder concept, describe the reality of demand among common areas and implant fishermen dispatch residential units on the piers. Second phase design practice is to re-construct the landscape of Mashan region, the link of cross-sea bridge. When Xiamen has become the substance of a complete region, Mashan region will become the primary transitory region. Through the industry specialization, the adjacent villages have created an interactive model of industry and residence. Finally a regional space strategy is structured by the space reorgan zation and division network of scattered industries..
