The objective of this thesis is to study the mobile digital contents, use “value chain” as the basic theory to analyze this industry. Focus on three main involved parties : Raw Material Pervidor, Service Provider and Portal Owner, study the co-working models and the problems that the they faced, then try to work out the solution for those issues. By using two major tools : paper research and interview with the three parties to create a new value chain model specificial for this industry, and then : 1. Define the role and responsibility of the three parties; 2. Identify the issues 3. Propose the way of creating higher product volue
