摘要

隨著國際局勢的轉變，國際之間的交流已不再侷限政治、經濟、文化等層面，也包含軍事面向，軍事外交屬於軍事與外交的作為，能以軍事上的作為達到外交上的目的。而中共在政治與經濟方面的快速崛起，逐漸在國際政治及世界經濟上佔有舉足輕重的地位，是以運用更多元的軍事外交方式，維護其國家利益，本論文以中共軍事外交之分析為出發，冀了解中共軍事外交之環境、目的及手段。在多元的軍事外交手段中聚焦於參與維和行動，研究中共參與維和行動之背景及所獲利益。

With the changing of international situations, the interactions between countries do not only focus on politics, economy and culture but on military. Military diplomacy is a kind of action combining with military and diplomacy to reach the purpose of diplomacy in terms of military actions.
However, China has played an important role in international politics and global economy because of the rising of politics and economy. They maintain their nation interest by using diverse methods of military diplomacy.
From the viewpoint of China's military diplomacy, this thesis focuses on the peacekeeping actions, including the background and benefits, for the purpose of understanding China's environment, resource, intention and method in military diplomacy.
