摘要


分為兩大部分,第一大部份為indeno[2,1-a]indene-5,10(4bH,9bH)-dione 為主體設計一新的材料,以取代主動層中的電子接受材料。常用的材料為PCBM,具有高的電子遷移率,使電子電洞在接面分離的更有效率。我們所合成出的化合物接上兩個碳60,但並沒有結果。 第二大部份為合成具有熱活性延遲螢光效果的螢光分子,首先需要具備以下的條件,(1)單重激發態與三重激發態的能階差小於0.1 eV;(2)分子結構電子供體與電子受體的電子雲盡量不重疊。 根據以上條件,將以芴為模板合成具有扭曲系統的有機發光二極體的發光材料,並搭配各式不同的電子供體與電子受體,合成出藍光有機發光二極體材料。並測量其UV、CV等性質。

It have two parts, the first part is using indeno[2,1-a]indene-5,10(4bH,9bH)-dione as a template to design, synthesize a molecule on OPV as a Acceptor. Acceptor materials commonly used PCBM. It has a high electron mobility, and the electron hole separation is more efficient. We try to synthesize the compound which connecting two C60,but failed. The second part is synthesizing a fluorescent molecule have TADF effect. The following conditions are required: (1) singlet excited state and triplet excited state energy gap less than 0.1 eV; (2) the molecular structure of Donor and Acceptor are less conjugated. According to the above conditions, we use fluorene as a template to synthesize OLED-TADF material. Using structure, effectively separate HOMO and LUMO electron not overlap, and with all kinds of different donor and acceptor.
