空調中使用風管的目的,為增進溫、濕度和流動度的有效率分布,產生均勻的室溫及舒適的環境;有別於傳統風管,在防火材料的新發現下,織布材質使用於空調風管系統具有風速及溫度分佈均勻、免保溫、成本低、重量輕、施工容易、可定期清洗保養及運輸容易等優點,有成為取代傳統風管為未來風管的主流。 本研究以實驗方法針對同一室內環境條件及設備下,對低、中、高風速型織布及鐵皮風管的管內風速、出風風速、內部壓力、環境溫度場、管外氣流場及風管成本費用等方面,探討並分析其織布風管與鐵皮保溫風管之間的差異。 實驗研究結果顯示(1)結合紅外線熱像儀與黑布幕,是研究大面積及暫態透明空氣可視化溫度場的一種理想方法。(2)織布風管本身材質的柔軟性和透氣性,其設計方式和鐵皮或硬質風管不同,以Moody Chart 及Darcy-Weisbach方程式之計算分析方式,繪製出織布風管的摩擦阻力線圖,提供簡單方便使用的摩擦阻力計算圖表。(3)織布風管本身就是風道及出風口,相對於鐵皮風管,其穩定風量變化、均勻出風狀態、管內低速度、分佈均勻及穩定的室內溫度變化,適合於人員環境需求。(4)於低速型織布風管管內外的氣流溫差,會加快了環境氣流及溫度的混合。(5)中、高速型織布風管管內外的溫差並不影響環境氣流變化,其變化決定於出風孔口角度及氣流射程距離。(6)織布風管在設計上採用一致尺寸,管內風量及風速隨風管長度而降減,產生靜壓再得現象,降低了風管輸送的壓力損失,減少運轉時的能源消耗;且織布風管沒有風門及擴散出風口等出風元件,減少了風管次要損失,有效節省能源。
