由於電信網路科技技術日益精進,此等通訊活動也將日益膨勃發展。因此,每個家庭對於通訊活動所需之軟硬體的裝設及維修等服務也與日俱增,電信公司也將安排適切的電信工程人員為顧客進行通訊服務的提供。鑑此,本研究將發展多目標最佳化決策模式之工程人員派遣之智慧型途程規劃方法論,以協助電信公司能迅速地排定各工程人員應服務的客戶據點及各客戶接受服務的順序。以往的途程規劃大都只探討基因演算法(Genetic algorithm, GA)比較少探討粒子群演算法(Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO)。因此將其探討並比較基因演算法和粒子群演算法並且進行多目標最佳化模式求解,以有效地計算出最適之規劃途程,作為電信工程人員派遣決策之依據。
