運用TRIZ創新於電子踢靶無線傳輸產品之研究

摘要


本文為運用TRIZ的創新設計方法,來提供產品創新設計者如何運TRIZ的正確找出工程技術問題與矛盾參數,進而使用矛盾矩陣來解決創新的問題,並提供有效的解決方法;較有經驗使用者,可能會發現矛盾矩陣表中有一些空的矩陣元素,即沒有任何建議與法則,但如果矩陣內的參數對調,可能會產生新的矩陣元素及建議法則。 作者欲開發電子踢靶無線傳輸產品,並運用TRIZ創新之研究,提出可行性之改良方法與建議,並運用品質機能展開方法(QFD),將產品的品質與客戶的需求加分析,並依據分析結果透過TRIZ創新方法來改善設計上或客戶需求上的問題,並建議其修正方案, 相信運用TRIZ方法可以節省設計者在研發設計的時間。

This text is to use the innovative design method of TRIZ to offer an innovative product designer the way to use TRIZ to correctly find out the engineering problems and contradictions between parameters. It also uses the contradiction matrix to solve the problems of innovation and provides effective solution. Experienced users may find out that there are some empty matrix elements in contradictory matrix, which indicates there aren’t any suggestions or rules. But if the parameters in the matrix are changed, it may produce a new matrix elements and suggestive rules. The author wants to develop the wireless electronic target transmitting products, and also use the innovative research of TRIZ to get practical improved methods and suggestions. In addition, the author uses QFD to analyze the quality of products and customer demands. Based on the analytic results by using the innovative method of TRIZ, the author improves the problems in design and customer demand, suggests other revised scheme, and believes that users can save plenty of time in research and development by using TRIZ method.
