本研究旨在分析臺北縣市高職學生知覺學校創新經營之成效,以臺北縣市33所高職學校日間部之高三學生為研究母群體,採用分層隨機叢集抽樣方式,共計發放1,200份正式問卷,問卷回收1,193份,經剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷計1,079份,有效問卷回收率為89.92%。統計方法採項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、次數分配、平均數、標準差、百分比分析、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、目前臺北縣市高職學生知覺學校創新經營成效,整體及各層面均達「中等程度」,而以「學生活動創新」知覺程度最高,而「校園規劃創新」知覺程度尚待提升。 二、臺北縣市高職學生個人背景變項中,女學生對學校創新經營成效整體的知覺程度較佳;家事類科學生在學校創新經營成效構面的知覺程度較佳。 三、臺北縣市高職學校背景變項中,私立學校學生對學校創新經營成效整體的知覺程度較佳;學生知覺學校資訊宣導程度高者,對學校創新經營成效整體及各構面的知覺程度較佳。 四、高職學校重視行政服務與對外關係創新之拓展,並加強以學生為中心的教育理念;未來在學校創新經營上則應以因應生源不足為其階段性目標。
This study was main to analyze the perception in innovative performance of schools’ management by vocational senior high school student in Taipei area. The study sample was drawn from the senior students in the 33 vocational senior high schools in Taipei area, with a sample size of 1,200 and yielded 1,079 respondents; the response rate was 89.92%. Data analysis comprised item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, description statistic, independent sample t-test analysis and one-way analysis of variance. There are four conclusions as follows: 1. The perception in innovative performance of schools’ management by vocational senior high school students in Taipei area was good, especially in “students’ activity innovation”, but “campus design innovation” was needed to be strengthened. 2. In the students’ background, girls students have better perceptions in the performance of innovative management; meanwhile, students in the department of home economics also have better perceptions in the performance of innovative management. 3. In the schools’ background, students in private schools have better perceptions in the performance of innovative management; meanwhile, the better transparency of schools, the better perceptions in the performance of innovative management that students perceived. 4. The principals of vocational senior high schools now focus on administration innovation, public relationship innovation, and concept of student-centered education, but in the future, principals should emphasize more on enrollment as schools’ short-term goal.
