國際技能競賽銲接職類選手應具備的專業能力之研究

摘要

參與國際技能競賽(International Vocational Training Competition，IVTC)又稱國際青年技能奧林匹克(The International Youth Skill Olympic )，具有多元化的功能與意義，除對技能價值觀的建立，有啟導作用；對國家工業升級和經濟發展，更具有標竿的意義。
本研究旨在建構國際技能競賽銲接職類選手應具備之專業能力內涵，研究首以文獻探討與文件分析收集國際技能競賽銲接職類選手應具備之專業能力架構，其次採用德懷術問卷進行匿名專家小組調查，以柯史單一樣本適合度檢定，以檢驗國際技能競賽銲接職類選手應具備之專業能力內涵之適切性。
本研究建構出銲接職類選手應具備八種專業能力向度、52項專業能力細項，其中﹙一﹚識圖與製圖向度有七項專業能力細項、﹙二﹚作業準備向度有八項專業能力細項、﹙三﹚試材加工及組合向度有五項專業能力細項、﹙四﹚橫銲對接向度有十二項專業能力細項、﹙五﹚銲道清渣向度有三項專業能力細項、﹙六﹚銲接檢驗向度有四項專業能力細項、﹙七﹚工業安全與衛生向度有七項專業能力細項、與﹙八﹚職業道德向度有六項專業能力細項。
本研究建構出之銲接職類選手應具備的52項專業能力細項適切性平均數最高為4.93，最低為4.14，得分均在4以上，本研究建構出之52項專業能力細項之適切性均屬「高」以上，其中「偏高」的有14項細項，「很高」的有13項細項，其餘25項細項則均屬「高」。

Taking part in the International Vocational Training Competition (IVTC), or called the International Youth Skill Olympic, it has multiple function and significance. It inspired the action, with the exception of constructing to the value of ability, but promotion the national industry and economic development, to the meaning of marking pole.
The study aim at constructing the contents of the International Vocational Training Competition in welding trade should be possessed of the professional competence. First, the study investigates the literature and analysis the document to collect the composition of the International Vocational Training Competition in welding trade should be possessed of the professional competence. Second, adopts the Delphi questionnaire to processing the survey of anonymous expert group, by Kalmogorov-Smirnov one sample suitable certification to examine the fitting contents of the International Vocational Training Competition in welding trade should be possessed of the professional competence.
The study construct the competitor in welding trade should be possessed of 8 professional competence tendency, 52 professional competence specific items. Among of them, (1) identify and draw the figure tendency has 7 professional competence specific items (2) operation prepare tendency has 8 professional competence specific items (3) testing material process and combination tendency has 5 professional competence specific items (4) horizontal welding vertical connection tendency has 12 professional competence specific items (5) welding track clean dreg tendency has 3 professional competence specific items (6) welding inspect and examine tendency has 4 professional competence specific items (7) industry safety and sanitary tendency has 7 professional competence specific items (8) occupation moral tendency has 6 professional competence specific items.
The study construct the competitor in welding trade should be possessed of 52 professional competence specific items. The fitting average score is 4 up, the highest is 4.93, the lowest is 4.14. The fitting belongs to 「HIGH」 in this study to construct 52 professional competence specific items, among them has 14 specific items are「HIGHER」, has 13 specific items are 「VERY HIGH」, the rest 25 specific items belongs to「HIGH」
