台灣便利商店耗電影響因素之研究

The influence factor of convenience store power consumption in Taiwan

摘要


本研究以節能監控與管理系統為讀取店舖環境與設備用電資訊,以便了解便利商店的耗能狀況。本研究篩選了30家各區域位置的便利商店作實測,先分析物理環境間的關係。最後將測量結果運用SPSS18統計軟體進行迴歸分析抽離出相關性最高的因子,並建立便利商店耗能評估系統,供未來各通路展店設計參考。 透過電力監測了解便利商店各商圈耗電從「月耗電量」來看,平均商業型耗電量為21,619.06(kW/月),住宅型20,038.5(kW/月,郊區型20,473.9(kW/月),幹道型為20,095.6(kW/月)。 此外便利商店耗電量高低其實是與店舖設備的使用時間長短有關,也就是「用電模式」是便利商店耗電量高低最關鍵的影響因素。 以便利商店設備的類型來看,冷凍藏的設備通常具有高瓦數的特性,冷凍藏的設備用電密度便高達88.58(W/m2)所有設備類型中最高的,空間照明為19.15(W/m2)、其他設備為37.91(W/m2)、空調設備為53.73(W/m2)、熱食設備為57.34(W/m2)。 最後本研究建立可容易操作的耗能評估系統,有助於政府節能工作之推廣。可透過EXCEL設定好的相關表格,填入相關數據,即可瞭解便利商店的耗電組成,如果有過高耗能的設備,可以自行更換或適時改變不良的用電模式。

In this study, the energy monitoring and management system for to read shopenvironment and equipment electricity information, energy consumption in order to understand the convenience store. This study screened 30 of the regional location of the convenience store measured, the first analysis of the relationship between the physical environment. Finally, the measurement results usingthe SPSS18 statistical software regression analysis pulled out the most relevant factor, and energy evaluation system established convenience store for future access to show design reference. Monthly electricity consumption through the Power Monitoring understand theconvenience store business district power consumption from the future to see the average commercial electricity consumption of 21,619.06 (kW/month), residential type 20,038.5 (kW/month, suburban 20,473.9 (kW/month), roads 20,095.6 (kW/month). In addition, the convenience store volume high and low power consumption is actually related to length of shop equipment use time, that is the pattern of electricity consumption is the most critical factors of energy consumption level of convenience stores. A convenience store equipment type to see frozen possession of the equipment usually has a number of high-wattage characteristics, the frozen reservoirs equipment electricity density facilitate up to 88.58 (W/m2) all device types, space lighting to 19.15 (W/m2), other equipment 37.91 (W/m2), air conditioning equipment for 53.73 (W/m2), hot food equipment 57.34 (W/m2). Finally, this study can easily create energy evaluation system operation, and contribute to the promotion of government energy-saving work. Can be set through EXCEL good form, fill in the relevant data to understand the power consumption of convenience stores composed of too high energy-consuming equipment replacement or change undesirable pattern of electricity consumption in a timely manner own.
