本研究旨在瞭解高職學生好惡的內在個人特質,並分析不同背景的高職學生好惡的內在個人特質之差異情形,乃以全國日間部高職學生為研究母群體,採用分層随機抽樣方式,共計發放1,350份正式問卷,經剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷計1,108份,有效問卷回收率為82.07%。統計方法採描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論﹕ 一、在高職學生好惡之內在個人特質中,以「真誠」相關之特質最受學生喜歡,「不真誠」相關之特質最不受學生喜歡。 二、男女學生皆在「真誠」相關之特質的好惡程度最高,「不真誠」相關之特質的好惡程度最低。 三、低年級的學生在「有攻擊性」、「不友善及有敵意」、「內向」、「幻想」與「守規矩」特質的好惡程度高於高年級的學生。 四、公立學校之學生在「溫暖」、「友善」、「幽默感」、「真誠」、「值得信賴」與「心地善良」特質的好惡程度皆高於私立學校之學生;私立學校之學生在「不真誠」相關之特質的好惡程度高於公立學校之學生。
The purpose of this study were to find out the likeable and dislikeable internal personal traits of senior vocational school students, and to analyze the difference on the likeable and dislikeable internal personal traits among senior vocational school students in different participants’ demographic information.The samples were drawn from the senior vocational schools students in Taiwan , with a sample size of 1,350 and yielded 1,108 respondents; the response rate was 82.07%. Data analysis comprised description statistic, independent sample t-test analysis and one-way analysis of variance. There are four conclusions as follows: 1.In the likeable and dislikeable internal personal traits,the sincere-related traits were popular of senior vocational school students; the insincere-related traits weren’t popular of senior vocational school students. 2.The likeable and dislikeable traits of schoolboys and schoolgirls, the sincere-related traits were higher, and the insincere-related traits were lower. 3.The likeable and dislikeable level of low-grade students in bantam, unfriendly, introvert, fantasy and well-behaved were greater than high-grade students. 4.The likeable and dislikeable level of public school students in warmth, friendly, humor, sincere, calculable and kind-hearted were greater than private school students; private school students in sincere-related traits were greater than public school students.
