市政大樓能源管理系統與操作維護管理之個案探討

摘要


本研究計劃乃將針對一空調冰水系統於改善前以能源模擬之手法選擇最佳之改善策略,估算建築物實際負載,取得建築物相關結構參數及使用特性,建築物結構的建築面積、開窗率、外殼隔熱係數(U值)、建築物使用時程及各樓層空調空間內的電氣、照明及人員等條件作為模擬之基本參數。 使用模擬方法得到數據比對實際運轉的耗電,了解市府的建築結構、使用時間及特性,配合全年使用電量回歸出市府建築的負載特性,不同的機組能力搭配,將產生不同的耗能曲線,為能取得最佳的運轉控制策略,運用了DOE負載模擬軟體比對,找出幾種不同能力、機組的匹配模式。 比較出七種不同匹配模式可達到的節能效益,其中以模式五可達23.52%的節能效益最高,模式六22.89%次之,經分析比較,採取模式五為最佳的組合。 以系統改善後以一整年之運轉數據為基礎,再以具理論基礎之M&V方法來驗證比對,找出改善後之耗能成效,以此為方向找出系統經過最佳空調設備節能改善的設計方法後,以其整年運轉數據作為分析依據,比對其效能並針對未來操作維護上提出建議。

This search project focus on that before improved, the chilled water system of HVAC selected the optimal improvement strategy with the Energy Management System. To evaluate the actual building loading and get the related structure parameters, usage characteristic, the building structure of square measure, opening ratio, casing heat insulation coefficient(U-factor), building usage time project and each floor electrical and lighting systems of HVAC space stuff and etc. conditions. Get the data with simulation method and compare with the actual power consumption, and then to understand the city building structure, usage time and characteristics. With the power consumption of whole year, and then generalize the city building loading characteristics. The different unit that contains in system performance arrangement will produce the different consumption curves. To get the best operation control strategies, it performs the DOE loading simulation software to compare and find different performances and system sets arrangement mode. Find out the seven different arrangement mode to achieve the saving benefit and the highest saving benefit of Mode Five can reach 23.52% and then the Mode Six is 22.89%. After the analysis and comparison, it adopts the Mode Five is the optimal arrangement. When the system improved as the one year data to be a baseline, it compared methods by the M&V (Measurement and Verification) standard theory to find out the consumption condition that after improved. Follow this concept to figure out the system that after improved the saving method and the HVAC system equipments will become the optimal. Use the whole year operation data as the analysis basis to compare its performance and focus on the future to propose the suggestions on the operation and maintenance.
