辦公建築照明之用後評估-以世正南軟大樓為例

摘要


「世正南軟大樓」座落於「南港軟體園區三期」內,是政府為發展高科技產業、吸引國內外知識型產業群聚而設立,透過政府政策的協助,南港軟體園區已完成三期建設,而世正南軟大樓已於民國96年8月完工進駐,總樓地板面積約2.35萬坪,辦公面積約1.7萬坪,進駐廠商約25家,超過2,000名高科技人才在世正南軟大樓工作。然而世正南軟大樓設計階段約在民國93年間,考量此類龐大辦公室量體在長期使用後造成能源消耗之負擔是必須重視及面對的課題,而辦公室建築之照明耗能佔所有設備用電量約35%,僅次於空調40%,對建築物耗能影響極大。依原有世正南軟大樓建築或設備之設計之概念,檢視現行之智慧化及節能趨勢,本研究期望透過研究分析與整理世正南軟大樓案例,未來在這類園區型及出租型辦公建築照明設計於智慧化及節能上有改善的建議回饋。 本研究主要探討世正南軟大樓照明設計之使用後評估,著重耗能調查、照明成效量測與使用者滿意度幾個方面,用以檢討照明設計成效及耗能效益,並藉由世正南軟大樓案例進行照明之明視、舒適、氣氛、操作性及設備維護之使用者滿意度問卷調查,及透過世正南軟大樓開發商、設計者、施工承包商、管理者、使用者及維護者之訪查,探究辦公建築未來發展時建築照明設計之設計要點,進而研擬適用於此類辦公建築之照明設計建議,提供開發單位及規劃設計單位在日後新開發辦公建築規劃時,作為建築照明節能設計之參考。

Century Nan-Ruan Building is located in“Nangkanf software park III”. This park was established for developing high technology industries and attracting domestic and foreign knowledge industries by government. Nangkang software park has already finished three period constructions with the assistance from government. Century Nan-Ruan Building has already finished constructing on August 2007 and the companies have moved in. Total floor area is 77,686 square meters(23,500 ping), and the office area is 56,198 square meters(17,000 ping). There are 25 companies that moved in and over 2,000 high- technology professionals work in Century Nan-Ruan Building. However, Century Nan-Ruan Building was designed in 2004. The designer considered that this huge office building will cause burden by using electricity after operating in long-term and it becomes tasks that we need to face and emphasize. Lighting electricity in office building accounts for 35% of total amount of using electricity by equipments, while air conditioning accounts for 40% of them. It affects energy consumption a lot. According to original concepts to design architectures or equipments in Century Nan-Ruan Building, we could overlook the trends of becoming intelligent equipments and of saving energy. This research expects to do research, analysis and make in order in the case of Century Nan-Ruan Building. We could give some useful advices on becoming intelligent and saving energy in the lighting design in this kind of parks and rental office buildings. This research mainly confers to evaluate lighting design of Century Nan-Ruan Building after using. It emphasizes on investigating energy consumption, measuring effects of lighting and satisfaction of users and so on. We could use it to review effects of lighting design and of energy consumption. We could confer design essentials when we develop construction lighting design in the future, by using users investigation questionnaires about visibility, comfortability, atmosphere, operation of lighting and maintaining equipments in the case of Century Nan-Ruan Building, and by investigating developers, designers, construction contractors, managers, users and maintainers of Century Nan-Ruan Building. Furthermore, we could draft the suggestion of lighting design that is applicable for this kind of office building. These suggestions could provide as references of construction lighting design to save energy, when developing departments and designing departments plan to construct new office buildings in the future.
