本論文主要是研製一可用於數位化控制之單相DC/AC變頻器,變頻器本身是採用全橋式轉換作為變頻器之架構,並利用單電壓極性切換法作為脈波寬度調變(Pulse Width Modulation, PWM)控制,使輸出端可得到一個穩定的交流電壓源。本論文之系統架構先以Matlab/Simulink 建構模擬,並使用數位信號處理器(Digital Signal Processor, DSP)作為數位化控制之核心,並以C語言撰寫軟體程式,且處理迴授信號,進而完成整個系統的電壓閉迴路控制系統。其設計之規格為輸入電壓為直流200V、開關切換頻率為100KHz,輸出電壓為交流 110 /60Hz。由實驗結果顯示,在輸入為直流200V,及不同負載的情況下,可以得到一個交流110 /60Hz的輸出電壓,整體效率可達70%以上。
This paper achieves a single phase DC/AC inverter, the inverter uses full bridge module to be the main circuit model and controlled with single polarity voltage switching which is the pulse width modulation control. It makes the output to be a stable AC power source.The system of this paper uses Matlab/Simulink to build and to simulate, and uses DSP to be the center of the digital control. It uses C language to build the software which deal with the returned signals, to achieve the whole voltage close loop control system. The input voltage is 200V DC, the switching frequency is 100kHz, the output voltage is 110V AC.The results of the experiment showed that when the input voltage is 200V DC and different load, it can get a output voltage with 110V AC. The whole efficiency is more than 70%.
