燈具配光曲線檢測系統建置與應用之研究

摘要


為了減緩地球暖化、減少二氧化碳排放量,能源的有效利用更顯其重要性。對於一般建築物耗能而言,照明耗能約佔30%,故如何降低照明能源的消耗為之重要。其中,使用高效率的燈具是降低照明耗能的有效方法之一,而燈具效率與燈具反射罩中光線反射及折射相關,一般而言,燈具的發光型式通常以配光曲線圖表示;因此,得到燈具的最佳配光曲線,則可以有效的提升照明設備的效率。 本研究以設計一套簡易燈具配光曲線及效率驗證實驗室為目的,並將實驗檢測資料與經TAF認證之中國電器鏡面式配光曲線量測實驗室檢測資料結果比對分析,進而驗證實驗室之準確性,並設計創新燈具反射罩實品加以應用,期望本研究設計之實驗室可供燈具研發設計者參考與利用。 經由本研究獲得結果如下: 一、建置燈具配光曲線實驗室時,需考量實驗室空間尺寸大小,並注意待測燈具與測量儀器之距離,更應避免有外界光害影響檢測數據,且必須監控實驗室周圍溫濕度,以得到實驗室之準確性。 二、本研究設計之簡易配光曲線實驗室與中國電器鏡面式配光曲線量測實驗室檢測T5 14w燈具及T5 28w燈具,相互分析比對檢測結果,T5 14w燈具誤差率低於10%, T5 28w x 2燈具誤差率低於15%,故本研究設計之實驗室可於燈具研發設計初期利用,可簡易且快速的檢測設計燈具之相關配光曲線及燈具效率,以提供燈具研發設計者參考修正之依據。

The important of utilization on energy efficiency has been addressed for slowing down the globe warming and eliminating the emission of carbon dioxide. The 30 % of energy consumption has been spent on lighting for an ordinary architecture; therefore, how to reduce the energy cost on lighting source is key element for energy saving. Nevertheless, the high efficiency lighting system is one of the solutions for reducing on energy consumption. As the study, the reflection and refraction play important roles in the efficiency of lighting system. Normally, the lighting distribution curve chart has been used to indicate the type of radiation. Thus, we could dramatically improve the lighting efficiency with the appropriate lighting distribution curve. The purpose of this research is to design a simple lab to proof the lighting distribution curve and efficiency. With the statistic and experiment data, I used certified TAF China electrical mirror lighting distribution curve lab result as a comparison and confirming accuracy. Also, the application of new revolutionary designed reflection shade and lab study could be provided as a reference for designer of lighting system. The result of study as below: 1.To gather the accurate information, the size of space should be considered when setting up lighting distribution measurement system lab as well as the distance between light and measuring tool. Light pollution from foreign light source should be avoided too while monitoring lab moisture. 2.A T5 14w and T5 28w lamp were used for the experiment in both simple lighting distribution lab and TAF China electrical mirror lighting distribution curve lab. The variation of study were below 10% for T5 14w and 15% for T5 28w*2 in result. To conclude this research, the design of this simple lighting distribution measurement system would be applied as a reference and adjustment tool while designing lighting equipments in the primary stage.
