本研究旨在藉由科技大學教師對評鑑委員專業能力與專業表現知覺之研究,探討教師不同背景變項對評鑑專業能力的重要程度知覺、專業表現具備程度知覺及兩者之間的差異情形,據此瞭解評鑑專業能力與專業表現的相關情形。主要採問卷調查,以我國2005年至2008年受評的三十二所科技大學專任教師為研究對象,並以「科技大學教師對評鑑專業能力與專業表現」調查問卷為研究工具,共發出問卷1,000份,回收646份,有效問卷632份,問卷回收有效率為63.2%。統計方法採描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數、重要-表現程度分析法。經資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、科技大學教師對評鑑委員評鑑專業能力重要程度知覺顯著高於高等程度。 二、科技大學教師對評鑑委員專業表現具備程度知覺顯著高於中等程度。 三、科技大學教師對評鑑委員評鑑專業能力重要程度知覺會因學歷、評鑑類別而有差異。 四、科技大學教師對評鑑委員專業表現具備程度知覺會因性別、學歷、教育界年資、不同評鑑結果、學校屬性、評鑑類別而有差異。 五、科技大學教師對評鑑委員評鑑專業能力重要程度知覺顯著高於專業表現具備程度知覺。
This study aimed to research perception of technological university faculties to the professional competency and professional performance of evaluators. In order to realize the relation between professional competency and professional performance, this study investigated the effects of different background variables on perception to important degree of professional competency, and perception to possessive degree of professional performance as well as the difference between the two aforementioned types of perception. Questionnaires were designed as the measurement scales on the professional competency and professional performance and distributed to faculties at 32 technological universities which were evaluated by Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association from 2005 to 2008. Among all 1,000 distributed questionnaires, 646 had responded, of which 632 were valid with a valid response rate of 63.2%. This study adopted Descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, independent t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Importance-Performance Analysis to analyze questionnaire data. The findings were as the follows: 1.Perception of technological university faculties to important degree of evaluators’ professional competency was remarkably higher than high level. 2.Perception of technological university faculties to possessive degree of evaluators’ professional performance was remarkably higher than medium level. 3.Technological university faculties had remarkable differences on important degree perception to professional competency of evaluators due to education level and categories of evaluation. 4.Technological university faculties had remarkable differences on possessive degree perception to professional competency of evaluators due to gender, educational level, seniority, results of evaluation, attributes of universities, and categories of evaluation. 5.Technological university faculties had higher perception to important degree of professional competency than to possessive degree of professional performance.
