高職綜合職能科教師工作價值觀與組織公民行為關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship Between Work Values and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Comprehensive Occupational Department Teachers in Senior Vocational Schools

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高職綜合職能科教師工作價值觀與組織公民行為之現況與關係,並探討不同背景變項高職綜合職能科教師在工作價值觀與組織公民行為之差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以公私立高職綜合職能科且實際任教之教師為研究對象,以「高職綜合職能科教師工作價值觀與組織公民行為」調查問卷為研究工具。統計方法採描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關進行資料分析,獲得以下主要結論: 一、高職綜合職能科教師工作價值觀知覺程度達尚可程度。 二、高職綜合職能科教師組織公民行為表現達良好程度。 三、「公立」高職綜職科教師、「研究所以上」教育程度教師以及「中部」地區教師在工作價值觀的知覺程度較高。 四、「大學校院」教育程度之高職綜職科教師以及「兼任行政」之高職綜職科教師有較高的組織公民行為表現。 五、高職綜合職能科教師工作價值觀與組織公民行為有顯著正相關存在。 根據本研究結果與發現,本研究提出若干建議,以作為對教育相關單位、教師個人與後續研究之參考。

This research aims to understand the correlation between comprehensive occupational department teachers’ work values and organizational citizenship behaviors in senior vocational schools. And to compare the differentiation with different background variables on comprehensive vocation subject’s teachers’ work values and organizational citizenship behaviors. The questionnaire method was used, comprehensive occupational department’s teachers in senior vocational schools who taught in School-Year 2010 were chosed as participants and “work values and organizational citizenship behaviors” questionnaire was developed as the instrument in this study. 406 questionnaires were distributed and 390 effective questionnaires which accounted for 82.1%. Descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation were adopted and the conclusions were as follows: 1. Comprehensive occupational department teachers’ work values performed middle level. 2. Comprehensive occupational department teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviors performed middle-high level. 3. The comprehensive occupational department teachers who are in public school, above master degree, and in the middle part area have higher sense of work values. 4. The comprehensive occupational department teachers who are in collegiate grade status, and an adjuncant adminstration have higher sense of organizational citizenship behaviors, and 5. Significant positive correlation resulted from the work values and organizational citizenship behaviors. Based on the results, the suggestions are provided for education administration, teachers, and follow-up studies as a reference.
