太陽能多晶矽表面處理之廢噴砂再利用於混凝土之研究

摘要


太陽能產業上游長晶廠常使用回收副料製備多晶矽,其中表面噴砂處理的製程,會產生噴砂廢棄物,稱為廢噴砂。廢噴砂的主要成分為氧化鋁,並含有微量之矽與碳化矽等雜質。若將廢噴砂再利用,取代傳統水泥混凝土中的細粒料,再利用成綠色材料,可有效落實環境保護及廢棄物資源化之目的。 本研究首先針對某太陽能長晶廠表面處理製程所產出之廢噴砂進行特性研究,透過物理及化學方法實驗分析廢噴砂材料之基本性質,以了解廢噴砂作為取代傳統水泥混凝土中細粒料的可行性。實驗包含粒徑分析、毒性特性溶出程序(TCLP)及XRF/XRD等分析。接著,研究實驗分兩方向進行;(一)廢噴砂取代部分水泥實驗,將廢噴砂運用於水泥系材料中,探討其是否具提升膠結性質之特性;(二)廢噴砂取代細粒料實驗,探討廢噴砂取代細粒料之可行性。廢噴砂的特性分析顯示,其毒性特性溶出程序(TCLP)、穩定(安定)性皆能符合國家法令規範(CNS 1240、CNS 1258、ASTM 1260)。水泥實驗顯示廢噴砂材料具膠結特性,但經由XRD繞射分析結果得知,由於其晶質結構特性,膠結活性效能較低。此外,在綜合考量抗壓強度及流動性的因素下,選定不同細粒料取代量進行新拌混凝土實驗,廢噴砂取代混凝土細粒料實驗顯示,在20%細粒料取代量更可提高水泥砂漿試體抗壓強度達55.72%,亦提高水泥砂漿之工作性,故廢噴砂可作為一良好之混凝土細粒料使用。

The study focuses on the reusage of sand blasting waste that comes from the surface treatment process in the solar industry. Sand blasting waste is mainly composed of Al2O3, and also contains very small portion of silicon and SiC. Through recycling, the treated substance is able to substitute conventional fine grained aggregate material used in cement concrete mixing procedure. Physical and chemical tests are discussed to determine the properties of the by-product, and particle size analysis, TCLP, XRF/XRD are used to analyze the sample. Two main research topics are conducted in the research. First, the sand blasting waste reused as a cement-based material is investigated for its characteristic in enhancing bonding performance. Second, such reusage as a fine grained aggregate is examined in terms of its feasibility. The results of characteristic analysis show that the level of TCLP and stability both meet with relevant national criteria (CNS 1240、CNS 1258、ASTM 1260). Despite the fact that the recycled sand blasting wastes do deliver certain level of bonding, based on the analytical tests of XRD, its composition of a specific crystalline structure leads to its rather low cementing bonding property. Further research shows that the recycled by-product can be used to substitute 20% of the fine grained aggregate during cement mixing, and is able to increase its workability and enhance the compressive strength of the cement mortar specimens by 55.72%. As a conclusion, recycled sand blasting waste is an ideal fine grained aggregative to be reused in cement mixing procedure.
