智慧無線感測網路系統之研製並應用於室內空氣品質監控

Design and Implementation of Indoor Air Quality Monitoring System with Wireless Smart Sensor Networks

摘要


近年來隨著環保意識高漲,民眾對於空氣品質的要求也越來越高,但目前的空氣量測儀器價格昂貴,並且為有線傳輸模式,於架設時需要考慮配線與儀器之成本,使得架設成本大幅升高,因此室內監測點必須減少以降低成本,但此種架設方式會產生許多監測上之死角,而如欲更改監測點的佈置位置時,也會遭遇到重新配線等問題。 因此,本研究提出一個『智慧無線感測網路系統應用於室內空氣品質監控』之研究,系統結合無線感測器網路(Wireless Sensor Networks, WSN)改善佈置或移動監測點時之困難度,並且使用低成本之感測器,大幅降低架設系統之花費,進而可在空間中佈置大量監測點,減少空間中的監測死角,而感測器節點之硬體與韌體皆以IEEE 1451.4標準為參考來加以設計,達到自動調整及隨插即用的功能,增加感測器的靈敏度與精確度,使用者只需將節點放置於欲監測之地點,開啟電源即可自動監測,達到智慧型感測的目的;系統藉由智慧型感測器節點進行感測器訊號之擷取、調整,再將擷取到的資料利用無線感測器網路回傳至資料整合閘道器上,經由一般網路連線形式傳至後端中介整合系統。 為了確認本系統於量測上之準確性,將本系統與市售直讀儀器之量測結果做驗證比較。利用對數與指數擬合方式找出最適合感測器的特性曲線,並儲存於電子表單中,進而可自動計算濃度,經過實際測試的數據分析,本系統之量測值與直讀儀器所量測出之相對準確度在10%以內,符合標準規格,證明系統可行性。

With the advancement of technology, human’s life has a very big improvement, but the technology can bring convenience, it’s also cause environmental pollution, energy depletion and so on. Therefore, although technology will take human to a comfortable life, but the more important issue is how to keep balance between environmental pollution and technology development. In the recent, wireless sensor networks (WSN) with gas sensor has been discussed in a lot of reseaches, used in indoor environmental monitoring, in previous researches on wireless sensor networks most emphasize the power saving mechanism, security and routing algorithm for sensor network nodes, but about capture sensor signal, sensor’s accuracy and adjustment of the design has rarely been studied. Therefore, our study propose an “Indoor Air Quality Monitoring System with Wireless Smart Sensor Networks”, the hardware and firmware design of smart sensor node is refer to IEEE 1451.4 standard. All about the sensor unique parameters are recorded in the respective storage devices, therefore by read the parameters in storage devices can achieve automatic adjustment and plug and play functionality, and can auto-control the signal range, increasing the sensitivity and accuracy of sensors, our system capture and adjust sensor signal by smart sensor node, and then transmitted data using wireless sensor network to data integration gateway, the gateway will via general network connection to the back-end server. Through the experiment result, it’s can prove that our system can improve the sensor errors caused by sensor manufacture technique, and improve the accuracy and sensitivity of sensors, meet the proposed of indoor air quality value by our country, through our system, in addition to completely wireless transmission but also can improve the air quality monitoring methods, to reduce the cost of managing resources, achieve the goal of indoor air quality monitoring.
