機電與建築工程圖說於施工前的整合,攸關整體工程於營造過程的順暢度,而建築與機電各系統間之界面問題,一直都是過去工程管理處理之主要議題,為了改善建築與機電各系統間之界面管理,故本研究應用建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling﹐BIM)技術來解決施工階段建築與機電各系統之界面整合效能。 本研究針對BIM技術在建築與機電工程整合管理應用之實務上,探討機電工程各系統施工圖面與界面整合方式,於施工前先行檢討出機電各系統之衝突位置,檢討建築結構機電整合界面圖(Structural Electrical and Mechanical﹐SEM)及機電整合界面圖(Combined Service Drawing﹐CSD),建立機電工程BIM套圖整合原則,即時解決建築工程界面問題,以使施工階段能編排較佳之機電工程排序方式,藉以檢視施工作業流程之合理性與務實性,提升建築工程之整體品質。本研究藉由實際建築工程案例,藉由BIM3D視覺化等特性,於模型建置完成後施工前與現場工程師討論,檢驗模型之正確性與可行性。藉由不斷的蒐集、詢問、檢討,了解實務面應用BIM於施工階段的圖說檢討方式,以分析比較BIM 3D圖說與2D圖說在檢討模式上的差異,以降低施工誤差。
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works constitute a large portion of building project costs and quality and thus need to be appropriately tracked. Recently, the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in MEP design coordination has increased greatly the amount and quality of building project. This study attempts to highlight the practices of BIM technology in the interface problem handing between building and MEP work systems. In this study, the use of Structural Electrical and Mechanical (SEM) diagram, and combined service drawing (CSD) diagram to be integrated and used for improving interface management. Furthermore, his study contributes to the body of knowledge about BIM technolgoy to assist general contractors and MEP suppliers in allocating the proper resources and to understand the evolving use of BIM. Based on the real case studies, the result of BIM application indeed reduces field conflicts and improves interface coordination. Futhermore, the facing problems and usage difficulties are collected and analyzed to enhance the application of BIM system used in the MEP work. Finally, limitations, difficulties, suggestion are summarized for further application in practice.
