壽險業增員空間企劃原則之探討

摘要


「天有不測風雲,人有旦夕禍福」,舉凡人身的生、老、病、死、傷、殘及財產損失等偶然事故,隨時隨地都有可能發生的可能。近年來國內壽險界市場競爭激烈,壽險公司合併、轉售、重整、接管等,不外乎就是改變體質及經營方面不斷講求創新、效率、服務等目標,使得各壽險公司加強業務員增員及重視業務員之素質及服務水準,增加招攬的成功率。業務人員的專業知識及保單銷售技巧是需要透過教育訓練,增員則需使對將踏入壽險業務人員,有著明確的目標、晉升的制度、優質的環境使對準壽險人員對創業能達成目標,故探討壽險業務員之增員空間企劃加以探討。 有鑑於此,本研究以壽險業地區增員中心空間企劃為例,蒐集相關文獻、理論、法規資料及國內外成功案例分析借鏡,透過實質與非實質環境現況研究調查及SWOT分析,並以使用者問卷調查、徵詢專家意見研擬相關課題及探討室內空間企劃原則因應。本研究建議以空間企劃、業務使用、維護管理面之觀點,尋求地區增員中心營運利基,為地區增員中心注入營運生機,共創公司、業務人員及保戶三贏之局面;同時研擬空間企劃、業務使用、維護管理層面歸納相關課題,進而研訂壽險業地區增員中心空間企劃之原則,使壽險業地區增員中心得以永續經營。

"Accidents will happen," including birth, old age, sickness, death, injury, disability, property damage, and other accidental incidents, whatever happens, happens. In recent years, domestic life insurance markets have intense competition; life insurance companies have been merged, resold, reintegrated, taken over, etc, nothing more than constitution being changed and operation emphasized on innovation, efficiency, service, and other targets, making life insurance companies enhance to recruiting and pay attention to salesperson’s quality and service standards to recruiting the success rate of recruitment. Education and training are needed to recruiting salesperson’s professional knowledge and policy sales skills. As for recruiting, it is required to help the salesperson who will enter the life insurance business has clear goals, promotion system, high-quality environment, in order to make them to achieve work goals. Therefore, recruiting and course space in life insurance company should be probed into. In view of this, in this study I took the space plan of recruiting center in life insurance company area for example, collected relevant literature, theory, and information of laws and regulations, and learnt from some successful stories at home and abroad. Through the current situations and surveys of practical and non-practical environments and SWOT analysis, I used use’s questionnaire, consulted experts to develop related issues, and discussed and planned principles to cope with. In this study, I suggested to take the points of view of planning and design, business use, and maintenance and management level to search for business niche for regional recruiting center, to pour into business vitality for the center and create a company, business a win-win situation for company, sales personnel, and policy holders; at the same time, develop and research induction-related topics for planning and design, business use, maintenance and management level, and then research and make principles for the spatial plan of recruiting center in life insurance company area, making the center sustainably operated.
