在建築業發展加劇,對於台灣建築業帶來很大的衝擊及不少影響,在面對消費者市場與顧客的要求不斷的提升擴大,同時台灣建築業在全球化的競爭與衝擊,又加上在國內法令與規範要求嚴格執行之下要能營運生存成長;所以要有創新的策略思維透過價值主張及價值工程手法運用,對台灣建築業專案工程預算管理能有所幫助。因此本研究在探討台灣建築業專案工程預算管理在知識創新、創新管理、價值主張、價值工程與專案工程預算管理之關係,架構建築業知識創新管理系統平台。 本研究採文獻探討萃取相關因素,經問題設計解析、深度訪談,再進行資料包絡分析法分析,以驗證價值主張、槓桿因素之知識管理、建築元素創新與價值工程新思維對建築業知識創新在專案工程預算管理中,對產品價值機能及獲益有所顯著影響。因此在三大構面下,依佔專案工程總費用比例較多之重要項目作訪談彙整分析研究發現及討論後,確實已對所有議題項目獲得瞭解及得到驗證之結果,同時也完成本研究之目的對學術界及建築業界一些具體貢獻及可提供業界、學者及專家作參考與未來努力研究的方向。
The drastic development of construction industry confronts and influences the construction industry in Taiwan a lot. Facing the constantly expanding requirements from the consumptive market and consumers and the global competition and impact, the construction industry in Taiwan needs innovative strategies and ideas to operate, survive and grow under the severe implementation regarding requirements of domestic statutes and regulations; consequently, the project budget management of the construction industry in Taiwan is impacted through employing value proposition and value engineering. This study aims at inquiring the relationship between project budget management and knowledge management, innovation, value proposition, and value engineering for constructing a platform of the knowledge innovation management system in construction industry. This study extracts the relevant factors via literature review with problem analysis design and deep interviews; afterwards, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is employed to verify the influences of value proposition, leverage factors such as knowledge management, innovation of construction elements and new ideas of value engineering upon the product-value functions and profits regarding knowledge innovation project budget management in construction industry. The three main dimensions are verified via key research item analysis occupying more proportion of project budget/expense and the difference among the items which can differentiate the responses from diverse subjects; in addition, the references to industry, scholars and experts are proposed accordingly for achieving the purpose of this study and contributing to further studies.
