供應商評選模式之建立-以彈簧製造機產業為例

摘要


在競爭激烈多元社會的環境中,企業必須不斷的提昇技術能力、改善產品品質、縮短交期與降低成本。現今企業已經由區域性轉為全球化的競爭,以往單打獨鬥的方式已經無法保證企業的永續經營,取而代之的是分工與合作的經營策略,也就是供應鏈的概念。影響企業營運的因素非常多,優良供應商的選擇即為一重大因素。良好的供應商管理除了能實質提高公司收益外,最大的優點在於效率之提昇及供應鏈間資訊的快速傳遞,使得企業運作順暢。因此建立一套良好的供應商評選架構,更可建立一套良好的供應商評選工具,成為現今企業注重的課題。 在供應商評選的過程中,包含許多量化與非量化的準則,如品質、價格與供應商信譽等,各準則在評定級數間沒有顯著的界線或評審準則,而不同的評選人員對權重的分配也有所差異,所以本研究經文獻彙整歸納影響供應商評選重要因素,針對具相關背景之公司進行專家問卷調查,使用模糊決策實驗室分析法(Fuzzy decision making trial and evaluation laboratory, FUZZY DEMATEL)分析決策因素因果關係,再結合分析網路程序法(analytic network process, ANP)求取決策因素相對權重,以H彈簧製造機公司為例,作為供應商評選的實例驗證,探討各評選指標間的權重,評選出優良的供應商。

Pluralistic society in a competitive environment, companies must constantly upgrade technology capabilities, improve product quality, shorten delivery and reduce costs. Today enterprises have been converted from the regional competition of globalization, in the past the way it alone has been unable to ensure business continuity and replace it with the division of labor and cooperation with the business strategy, which is the concept of supply chain. Factors that affect business operations is very much of Good selection of suppliers is a major factor. Good supplier management can materially increase the company in addition to income, the biggest advantage is to enhance the efficiency of supply chains and rapid transmission of information, allowing companies to operate smoothly. Therefore establish a good supplier selection framework can create a greater good supplier selection tool, become the subject of today's business focus. In the supplier selection process, contains many quantitative and non-quantitative criteria, such as quality, price and vendor reputation, etc. Each criterion in assessing the progression between no significant boundaries or assessment criteria, and a different selection of personnel weights distribution also differ from, so this study was approved literature compiled summarized affect supplier selection an important factor for a relevant background of the company to conduct expert surveys, the use of fuzzy decision laboratory analysis (fuzzy decision making trial and evaluation laboratory, FUZZY DEMATEL) analysis decision factors causality, combined with analytic network process (analytic network process, ANP) strike decision factors relative weights of H spring manufacturing machine company as an example, as a supplier to vote instances verify explore each evaluation index weights between , selected out of Good suppliers.
