任何行業的企業主都知道創造股東利潤是公司成立的主要目標,然而面臨今日大環境不斷的在改變,社會不斷的進步,在大企業併購及競合趨勢中,尤其面對全球激烈競爭的環境再加上中國大陸對臺灣企業產生極為強烈的磁吸效應,這種艱難的經營困境,究竟要如何突破,如何注入創新的力量、改變過去的經驗思維模式、重新調整經營策略,台灣中小企業中的微型企業要如何的營運,及掌握競爭優勢是不可或缺的課題。 本研究的主要目的在於探討台灣微型企業競爭優勢之研究,藉由專家文獻探討與相關微型企業業主、高階主管作深入訪談當作研究架構,分析微型企業競爭優勢相關問題之研究,並以電子零件連接器產業為例,在個案公司遭逢921震災全毀後如何應變,將營運風險降至最低,如何在最短期限恢復營運,不讓原有顧客流失,提出深入探討來驗證微型企業之決策與速度之特性,俾能對微型企業之經營具有參考價值及擁有競爭優勢之營運模式。 本研究提供下列四點思維,作為研究目的,希望對相關的微型企業,在提昇競爭優勢上有所助益。 一、參考本研究競爭優勢之分析,適時因應環境,尋求獲利。 二、參考本研究競爭優勢之建議,降低投資風險及不確定因素。 三、參考本研究競爭優勢之研究結論,擬訂適合公司之營運策略, 適時開拓市場,以提昇競爭優勢。 四、參考本研究個案之探討,善用微型企業特性,適時適地掌握獲利契機。
Every business owner understands that creating shareholder profit is the major goal for establishing a company. However, when facing cruel business realities, including constant environmental and social change, enterprise acquisition, intense global competition, and China’s magnetic impact to Taiwan businesses, micro-enterprises in Taiwan need to learn key lessons such as how to break through, to innovate, to change mindset, to adjust operational strategy, and to take use of competitive advantage. The major objective for this research is to study the competitive advantages of micro-enterprises in Taiwan. This research is structured on analysis of professional literatures and interviews with micro-enterprises high-level managers to come up with the competitive advantage of micro-enterprises. The real-life case being studied in this research is one electronic component company. By analysis of its serious actions after being destroyed by Taiwan 921 earthquake, i.e. minimizing risk and returning to normal operation at fast speed to maintain its original customers, we can understand that the decision making process and its speed are characteristics for micro-enterprises and this case provides valuable insight and competitive operational models for micro-enterprises. The research providesthe following four thoughts as the research objectives. Hopefully, it can help increase competitive advantages for micro-enterprises. 1. By referring to the competitive advantage analysis to make profit after adjusting to current environment. 2. By referring to the competitive advantage suggestions to lower investment risk and uncertainty. 3. By referring to the competitive advantage conclusion to make appropriate business strategy to enlarge the market share and increase competitive advantage. 4. By referring to the case study to grasp opportunity to gain profit by taking use of characteristics of micro-enterprises.
