本研究旨在瞭解高職教師情緒管理與幸福感之程度,比較不同背景變項高職教師情緒管理與幸福感之差異情形,並探討高職教師情緒管理與幸福感之關係。為達研究目的,先以文獻探討方式彙整相關研究,續以隨機叢集抽樣方式針對全國高級職業學校正式教師進行抽樣調查,並分北、中、南、東四區之公、私立學校30%比例抽取47所學校,共計發放1,175份問卷,經剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷共計929份,有效回收問卷率為79.06%。經資料處理分析後,獲致結論如下: 一、高職教師具中等程度之情緒管理,以「情緒覺察」最高、「情緒表達」最低。 二、男性高職教師情緒管理高於女性高職教師。 三、高職教師具中等程度之幸福感,以「人際關係」最高、「健康狀態」最低。 四、男性、已婚、教學年資25年以上、碩士以上學歷、兼任行政職務及公立學校之高職教師,幸福感較高。 五、高職教師之情緒管理與幸福感之關係密切。 最後,根據研究結果對高職教師個人、學校、教育行政機關及後續研究提出建議,以作為參考。
The purposes of this study were to investigate vocational high school teachers’ emotional management and well-being, the difference in the emotional management and well-being among vocational high school teachers with different background variables, and to identify the relationship of vocational high school teachers’ emotional management and well-being. To achieve the purposes of this study, a literature review was conducted to examine relevant literature about emotional management and well-being. Subsequently, a survey was conducted among the formal vocational high school teachers by means of cluster sampling method. 47 schools located in different districts across Taiwan were randomly selected. A total of 1,175 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and 929 valid copies were retrieved with a recovery rate of 79.06%. After the data were analyzed, the results were as follows: 1. The vocational high school teachers perceived intermediate levels of emotional management. They are expert in “emotional awareness” but not good at “emotional expression.” 2. In the vocational high schools, male teachers’ emotional management is better than female teachers’. 3. The vocational high school teachers perceived intermediate levels of well-being. They are satisfied with their “interpersonal relationships” but not with their “health conditions.” 4. Those vocational high school teachers with higher sense of well-being are male, married, teaching experience is more than 25 years, with a Master degree or a Ph. D. degree, school administrators and public schools. 5. The vocational high school teachers’ emotional management is positively related to their well-being. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for teachers, schools, the educational administration, and future studies were proposed.
