探討公共藝術對人類生活之影響-
以中和4號公園照明設計為例

本研究主要探討人類自古到現今所進行的「公共藝術」創作行為。人類的創作行為不斷提昇生活，改善生活品質。每一時代都有不同的造形與技術之延伸與突破。經過17世紀產業革命後，人類的社會結構、生存方式有了極大的變化。進入二十世紀之後，科學與技術突飛猛進，使現代人的生活陷入急燥不安之中。所以特別以台北市現在之公共藝術和國外之公共藝術作一探討，將所得到之結論應用於「中和四號公園照明藝術設計」。首先根據內在精神之不同，分為風格意涵、創作技術、設置環境、人機互動四部分進行文獻理論的探討，並蒐集國內外相關研究結果，建立分析要項，藉以達成研究之目標。本研究採用下列研究方法:1.圖像分析法:國內以台北市公共藝術為主，國外以歐、美、日為主，分析作品風格、材質、環境，並歸類，最後與國外作品進行比較，以得知國內公共藝術發展水準。2.田野調查法與專家訪談法:本研究配合中和四號公園四周照明藝術設計，因此以基地為主，調查居民與基地之互動情形、照明需求。最後進行中和四號公園四周照明藝術實例設計，設計訴求彰顯本館的立館精神、強調地方特色、並著重作品、人、社區互動之精神，以期創造出具可親人文休憩空間。及中和文化環境特色之人行道照明藝術。

This research mainly discusses about human’s creative behavior of “Public-Art” from ancient times to the present. Human’s creative behavior have been change our life, and let quality of our life become better than before. A period of the industrial revolution , the human’s social structure and life way have been difference. After the 20th century, science and technology are advancement more than before, but human’s life is not better than before. so this research will discuss about public-arts of Taipei and other countries. Its conclusion will be applied to “NO4-park light design.” First, according to the differences of Public-Art’s mainly spirits, we divided it into four parts (style、technology、environment、and interaction.) to discusses them separately. Then, we’ll try to collect and conclude all the information about it from different countries to get some essential points which will be analyzed later. The followings are several methods that are used in the research:1.Image analysis method: We’ll take the Public-Art of Taipei, Europe, America, and Japan for example, analyzing their style, material, and environment. Then, try to compare the internal works with the external ones. Through it, we can know the different developments and levels of Public-Art between these country.2.Field and interview method: This research will be applied to “NO4-park light art design.” Thus, we have to know about the place clearly and deeply. We may investigate the interactions between the residents and the park, knowing what they need most. The last part is to design “NO4-park.” The design have to include the following points. First, it have to show the spirit of the library in it. Besides, it should emphasize the features of the place and the spirits of the interactions between the works, human, and the community. We hope that we can design a place which can make people relaxed and get rest there.
