工業自動化在產業升級過程中,扮演著不可或缺的角色,而系統整合商,一向擔任關鍵執行者。然而,國內對於系統整合商經營之關鍵成功因素之研究文獻卻付之闕如。探討系統整合商除競價外,經營之關鍵成功因素,期望能對系統整合商擬定其經營策略,提供參考建議。 有鑑於此,本研究透過產業技術報告,先確認經營關鍵為構面,針對半導體高科技產業相關業界之中高階主管為訪談對象,利用專家問卷調查專業主管人員計34人,訪談後過濾回收資料,進行層級分析法分析,探討系統整合商經營之關鍵成功因素。 本研究分析結果為:系統整合商經營關鍵構面以『產品功能』及『價格因素』最重要;『產品功能』構面以『產品品質可靠』及『系統功能完整』因子最重要;『價格因素』構面以『性價比』及『維護運轉成本』因子最重要;『行銷策略』構面以『行業應用知識』及『成功實績』因子最重要;『通路佈建』構面以『技術支援售後服務』及『交貨時程物流管理』因子最重要;整體影響因素以『產品功能』之『產品品質可靠』及『價格因素』之『性價比』因子最重要。
During the past decades, Taiwan’s economy has progressed from a developing country to developed country; the industrial automation has played an important role in this transition, the system integrators always been considered as an important player when it comes to introduction of facility monitoring and control system into enterprises. The way how this research taken is by studying literatures and as well as industry reports, firstly is by verifying key facets and they are, “Product Features”, “Price Issues”, “Place Distributions” and “Promotion Strategies”. Through interviewing 34 high rank executives in the semi-conductor and other related industries with the use of survey help prepared by experts, an Analytic Hierarchical Process is conducted based on the information gathered after the interviews to try to investigate what are key factors for any system integrators to be able to operate successfully. So to conclude this research, we believe the most important key facets for an operation as system integrator are in “Product Features” and “Price Issues”; with that being said, factors such as “Reliable Product Quality” and “Completed System Function” is most important to “Product Features”, “Performance to Price Ratio” and “Maintenance & Operation Cost” is most important to “Price Issues”, “Application Knowledge of Segments” and “Successful References” is most important to “Promotion Strategies”, “Technical Support & After Service” and “On Time Delivery & Logistic” is most important to “Chanel Distributions”; however the factors that has most overall influence are “Reliable Product Quality” of “Product Features” and “Performance to Price Ratio” of “Price Issues”.
