隨著底渣再利用資源化逐漸受到重視,以及其再利用用途也越來越廣泛,可有效地減少掩埋場使用率與延長其壽命,並增加國內骨材來源,因此底渣再利用之前處理也相對的愈顯得重要。而本研究重點主要為利用加入酸性藥劑以單槽四次連續式水洗方式去除底渣中之異臭味以及如何有效降低成本以利於工程上之運用。 本研究以液固比、滯留時間、及添加酸性藥劑的量作為實驗的三大影響條件,結果發現前述二大條件的提高會與異臭味去除效率成正相關,即每槽滯留時間10分鐘、液固比=1、以清水水洗,底渣之異臭味濃度指數為54.6 (去除效率為94.54%);但當條件提高為每槽滯留時間30分鐘、液固比=1、添加之酸性藥劑為酸:水=1:100時,底渣之異臭味濃度指數為8.4,異臭味去除效率則為99.0%。 然而經此綜合研判可發現添加弱酸性藥劑去除底渣之異臭味效果較無前兩者條件來得佳,而每槽滯留時間30分鐘則為最佳加藥水洗的處理時間,但此微量的弱酸藥劑須添加多少量才適合、及未來工程或製程應用上仍應視實際底渣應用(或市場)而定,由本研究初步概估加藥水洗的工程成本約390元/噸,其所延伸的底渣性質改變、廢水處理及藥劑成本都是需後續再探討的課題。
Public concerns on bottom ash recycling have be taken serious gradually, and its reuse applications are increasing to be effective to reduce landfill usage and add the source of domestic aggregate. So the pretreatment of bottom ash reuse is more important relatively. The purpose of this study is to increase the acidic medicament by one slot of four section continuous-type washing in elimination bottom ash odor and reduce costs effectively in order to facilitate the use of engineering. In this study, liquid-solid ratio, digestion time, and the amount of acidic medicament were adopted as the three experimental conditions. The results show the two conditions which are liquid-solid ratio and time with odor removal efficiency is positive relation, namely each slot time = 10 minutes, liquid-solid ratio = 1, and wash with water, the bottom ash odor concentration is 54.6 (removal efficiency = 94.54%). But when the conditions improve as each slot time = 30 minutes, liquid-solid ratio = 1, and the added acidic medicament is the acid: water = 1:100, the bottom ash odor concentration is 8.4, and odor removal efficiency is 99.0%. However, the study found that show the effect of added acidic medicament is worse than other conditions in elimination bottom ash odor. And each slot time = 30 minutes is the best process time by acid washing. But this acid washing process appropriate for the amount of added acidic medicament, and the future application of engineering or manufacturing process should depend on the actual bottom ash application (or market). This study estimates the cost of acid washing pretreatment is about 390 $NTD each ton, but the extended issues that the changing nature of bottom ash, wastewater treatment, and the medicament costs are follow up required to discuss.
