物質流分析應用於台灣發光二極體之研究

摘要


發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode, LED)是一種微小的固態光源,具有體積小、耐震性佳、省電、壽命長、顏色多樣與純正等優點,被喻為21世紀之光。隨著生活水準提昇,以及人們愈來愈重視環保的訴求,能源危機的隱憂、地球的暖化及先進國家的補助獎勵政策激勵下,綠能光電產業近年來已快速成長。全球與臺灣皆可明顯感受到此產業發展快速,且未來深具不可小覷的發展潛力。 物質流分析為一相當大層面之指標性研究,其將成為一解決環境問題上最為有力之指標,物質流分析足以應用於具造成環境生態系統危害風險及資源保育回收再利用等特定用途上,且將有助於資源管理決策者清楚瞭解物質於系統間之流動情況,並利用此分析結果進行最佳管理策略抉擇與資源合理調配。本研究運用MFA方法,合併利用文獻蒐集、專家判斷、實地訪查及最適評估,針對2010年國內LED產業鏈之上游(晶片/晶粒)產業、中游(封裝)產業以及下游(產品應用端)產業,進行LED物質流佈之調查推估,並完成臺灣2010年LED具回收潛力物質流佈彙整,更進一步探討目前廢發光二極體之申報回收及管理制度,其中包括廢發光二極體越境轉移之風險與因應。根據本研究流佈推估結果,此數量相當龐大,故未來應積極研發適合國內之廢LED資源化處理技術,創造高附加價值產業。 隨著LED產量逐年增加,價格也逐漸下滑,應用之程度已漸普及化,但發光二極體在大量生產下,所產生之廢棄物是相當棘手問題,目前國內廢發光二極體尚無一最適處理技術與流程,事業機構產出廢棄物均委託清除公司以『混合五金廢料』輸出至國外處理,而國內LED應用產品若以生命週期概念推測,屆報廢年限後經由使用者端排出進入回收體系僅為少數,如何將其回收再利用及讓物質能永續發展,將是未來發展之主要目標。

LED (Light Emitting Diode, LED) is a kind of small solid state light source, due to it has many advantage of that dimensions small, able to bear shaking good, save power, long lifespan, and the color is various and pure, known as lighting of 21 century. As the living standard is promoted, and people pay attention to the demand of environmental protection more and more, the secret worry of the energy crisis, the subsidy reward policies of the melting warmly of the earth and advanced country encourage leaving, green can have already grown up fast in recent years in the photoelectric industry. The whole world and Taiwan can all obviously experience this industry develops fast, and it can't be small to have extensive the development potentiality looked in the future. The material flows and analyzes that studies as the indicator of a quite large aspect, it will become and solve the most effective indicator on the environmental problem, it is enough to be applied to causing the environmental ecosystem to endanger the risk and resource protection on the particular use of retrieving and utilizing again etc. that the material flows and analyzes, and will facilitate resource management policymaker's clearly understanding the material flow situation among the systems, utilize this analysis result to manage tactics choice and resource to allocate best rationally. This research uses MFA method, amalgamate and utilize literature collecting, expert to judge, investigate on the spot and assess optimum, visit to domestic LED industry chain at the top (wafer/chip)、at the middle (package)、at the bottom (the products employ the end), carry on LED material flow investigation and estimate, and finished the LED will retrieve the potentiality material to flow will be gathered together wholly on 2010 in Taiwan, exactly, probe into declaration recovery and management system of waste LED at present, it includes risk that waste LED crosses the boundary illegally and shifts and answer. According to this research to estimate the result, this quantity is quite huge, so should research and develop waste LED recycle treatment technology suitable for our country actively in the future, create the high additional value industry. As LED output increases year by year, the price glides gradually too, the intensity employed has already been popularized gradually, but LED is under producing in a large amount, waste are analogous to the thorny problem, do not have a optimum treatment technology and procedure to waste LED at home at present yet, the institution produce waste LED will be held in trust by remove company with " mixed metals waste material ", export, go to foreign countries deal with, and domestic LED employ products like infer with lifespan concept session scrap behind via user end system discharging into the recycle system is only a minority, how to retrieve it to utilize and enable the material to develop continuously forever again, it will be the main goal of development in the future.
