中文版兒童餵食量表之信效度與恆等性研究-以學齡前兒童為例

摘要


近年來全球兒童體重過重的發生率明顯增加,父母親飲食教養是造成兒童體重過重與影響未來生活型態的危險因子之ㄧ,兒童餵食量表於國外已建立良好信效度,並廣泛用於探討父母親飲食教養與兒童體重過重的相關性。本研究目的為翻譯兒童餵食量表,以台灣學齡前兒童之父母親為獨立樣本,檢定兒童餵食量表的信度、效度和恆等性,以期此工具能運用於測量台灣父母親的飲食教養之信念和行為與兒童體重過重的關係。 本研究設計為橫斷面設計。中文版兒童餵食量表包含七個構面和31個題項以及父母親自我報告方式,研究程序為預試與正式施測。地點為新竹縣市與桃園縣之公私立幼稚園,有效樣本為451人。研究結果為本量表各構面的Cronbach's α值介於0.75至0.93之間,達可接受水準;以驗證性因素分析檢測建構信度與建構效度,結果顯示建構信度皆大於0.7以上,增加三個誤差共變與刪除限制因素中的兩題後會使模式適配度改善且達標準,此外,也支持父母樣本間具有因素結構之測量恆等性。 本研究支持中文版兒童餵食量表為一個可信、有效和恆等性的測量工具,適用於台灣學齡前期之父母親,以期未來可用於了解父母親飲食教養與兒童體重過重的相關性。

In recent years there has been a truly global epidemic of youth obesity, as parents’ dietary education and inculcation of their children are among the primary risk factors affecting childhood obesity and impacts on future lifestyle patterns, child feeding questionnaire have rightly earned credibility internationally as reliable instruments, and are widely deployed in discussions of parental feeding practices in relation to childhood obesity issues. This study focuses on translating a child feeding questionnaire, for use with parents of preschool-age children on Taiwan as independent samples, to evaluate the instrument reliability, validity and measurement equivalence, in the hope of deploying the instrument for evaluation of parental feeding practices related beliefs and behaviors in relation to childhood obesity in Taiwan. The study relies on a cross-sectional design. The traditional Chinese version child feeding questionnaire includes seven dimensions with 31 items, through parental self-reporting, and the study was conducted with a pre-test and formal test. Parents at public and private kindergartens and pre-schools in Hsinchu City and Taoyuan County participated in the study, for a total of 451 effective samples. The scale dimensions yielded Cronbach's α values ranging from 0.75 to 0.93, for an acceptable level; while for confirmatory factor analysis evaluation of the reliability and construct validity, construct reliability results were greater than 0.7, increasing three covariance and deleting two items due to limiting factors improves model fit, additionally, permitting intraparental sample factor structure equivalence. The traditional Chinese language version of the instrument deployed in this study is a reliable, valid, and equivalent tool, useful for parents of preschool children in Taiwan, for adjunctive use in helping better elucidate proximate factors among parental feeding behaviors affecting childhood obesity prevalence.
