本研究目的在探討護理長領導行為、知識分享與部屬表現組織公民行為意向之間的關係,進而對護理實務界提出具體建議供參考。研究者針對北台灣三家私立區域醫院護理人員進行便利抽樣,資料收集採問卷調查法,共發放709份問卷,有效問卷數為559份,有效回收率為78.8%,以描述性統計、t檢定、相關分析、迴歸及路徑進行資料分析,研究結果發現: 一、領導行為、知識分享與組織公民行為各變項間呈現顯著正相關。 二、雖然轉換型領導與組織公民行為具有顯著正相關。 但發現其子構面「個別關懷」與組織公民行為其中一個子構面「倫理價值」未達顯著相關。 三、雖然知識分享與組織公民行為具有顯著正相關。 但發現知識分享之子構面「聲譽」與組織公民行為中的「倫理價值」未達顯著相關。
A statistical analysis is conducted to explore the relationship of leadership behavior of nurse-head with knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior intend of her sub-coordinates; the research provides solid suggestion and direction for nursing management skill development. The author had investigated the nursing management in three private community hospitals in northern Taiwan via questionnaire study. Totally, 709 copies of questionnaire had been issued and 559 copies were collected successfully. The effective collect ratio is 78.8%. The statistical analysis are performed using descriptive statistics, t – test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. Some significant findings are listed below: 1.There are significant positive correlation among leadership behavior, knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior intend. 2.The transformational leadership is positive correlatively with organizational citizenship behavior intend, however, its sub-factor of “charismatic leadership ” is indicated to has less correlation with the “ethic value”- the sub-factor of OCBI. 3.The knowledge sharing is positive correlatively with organizational citizenship behavior intend, however, its sub-factor of “repute” is indicated to has less correlation with the “ethic value”- the sub-factor of OCBI.
