本論文研究聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(Poly(ethylene terephthalate) PET)的結晶行為。利用偏光顯微鏡(POM) 、光散射法(LS)、MicroATR、SEM、TGA探討在不同結晶溫度(1900C~2300C)下及在通N2、通空氣及在靜止空氣中的不同環境下,對PET結晶行為的影響。實驗結果發現,當通N2時,球晶皆呈現”正型球晶”;當通空氣時,膜厚>5μm處為”負型球晶”、膜厚<5μm處為”正型球晶”。當Tc愈高時,lamellae twist情況也跟隨發生,lamellae twist distance隨著Tc增加而增大。半徑成長速率則隨結晶時間上升而先增加再遞減。
In this thesis,we report crystallization behavior of poly (ethylene terephthalate) at various crystallization temperatures (190oC ~ 230oC) and under N2 and air atmosphere by polarized optical microscope (POM), light scattering (LS), and microATR. In N2 atmosphere all crystal spherulites shows positive spherulites, In air atmosphere , crystal spherulites shows negative spherulites in thick film (>5μm), and shows positive spherulites in thin film (<5μm). Moreover, When Tc was getting higher, lamellae twist was also observed. Lamellae twist distance increased with increasing.
