學校與社區互動關係之研究:以大園鄉四所中小學為例

School is a part of a community and is closely related and bounded with residents of a community. The main purpose of this research is to probe into the inter-relationship between school and community. This research looks into the ideas of interaction from school and community, condition of interaction, sharing resources, strategies adopted, and problems or pressure encountered, and the methodology of the problem solving. To achieve the goal of this research mentioned above, this research is conducted through the following methods: Literary analysis - understanding the interaction theoretical base of school and community; the ideas adopted for interaction, condition of interaction, factors impacted the interaction, resources sharing between school and community, strategies adopted for the interaction, and the problems or pressure encountered, and the applied solution. Interview - interviewing people who live within the research region. The interview includes 4 principals, 3 managers, 2 chiefs, 2 teachers, 7 administrators of community affair and 2 community folks. The total is 20 people. According to the outcome of literary analysis and interview, this research summarized the following conclusions: 1. The ideas of school and community interaction - The ideas of school and community interaction are: to participate actively, to maintain good and closed relationship, to unclog the pipeline of communication, to collaborate, to help each other, to avoid political impact and to mutual benefit resources. 2. The condition of school and community interaction - The factors that impact interaction of school and community can be generalized some conclusions and most of them are people related. The major model of interaction of school and community is lack of deep well planning and activity participation. 3. The resources sharing between school and community The resources sharing in school are sports fields, school facilities and equipments. The resources sharing in community emphasis on human resources, finance resources and applied relationships between organizations. The ambit of application in human resources is mainly volunteer works in the areas of traffic, library, lunch service, environment cleaning and beautification, telling stories. 4. Strategies for the interaction between school and community Strategies for the interaction between school and community are voluntarily and enthusiastically participation, building common view, unclogging pipeline of communication and realizing demands. 5. Problems in the interaction between school and community, pressure, and the methodology Time issue and individual point of view often cause torment and pressure. This can be handled with good communication. With the community in mind, every one does their best to serve the community and thereafter to benefit to all residents in our community. According to the outcome of literary analysis and interview, the research addresses the following proposals: 1. Proposals to educational administrational institutions A. Conduct performance evaluation B. Increase staffing in organization. C. Budget for expenses. 2. Proposals to schools A. Participate community activities actively and enthusiastically. B. Enforce better communication. C. Promote community learning. 3. Proposals to communities A. Invite schools for meetings or activities. B. Develop community education program and establish a good learning environment for community. 4. Proposals to parents A. Build-up correct point of view of education. B. Take part in community learning activity as much as possible to promote self growth.
