本研究採個案研究方法,主要在探討台灣紡織業在智慧資本管理的策略與做法,並針對智慧資本中的人力、流程、創新、顧客等四項資本進行分析,藉以發掘對紡織業經營績效之影響。茲將研究成果摘要如下: 一、 高階經營團隊會影響組織能力的發展,一個有效率的高階經營團隊應能找出較佳策略,發展組織以適應快速變遷的環境。 二、 優質的人力資源是企業發展的活力泉源。 三、 建構完善的管理系統是達到營運目標的基石。 四、 建立合作關係並加強研發創新以創造市場需求 五、 實施電子化產銷快速反應及科技化管理,協助紡織產業電子化以提高快速反應系統效能,建立垂直與水平整合聯盟機制。 六、 提供顧客最有價值的產品或服務以達到提高顧客滿意度,並努力與顧客建立信任的機制。
This is a independent research which mainly presents a critical analysis of Intellectual Capital Management and operational strategy in human resource, operational work flow, innovation, and consumer in the Textile sector of Taiwan thus advancing management in the textile industry。 The result of this research is concluded as follows: 1. Upper management group will affect the organization’s ability to grow and compete. A highly effective Upper management group will find the most suitable strategy for the organization to expand and adapt to the changing environment. 2. A good supply and quality of human resource will provide the organization to expand lively. 3. A well-structured management system is the foundation to achieving operational goals. 4. Building partnership relationships and strengthening research and development will generate a market demand. 5. Implementing information technology systems for quick response on market trend, will accentuate parallel management. 6. Provide consumers with added-value products and service to improve customer service and build trust with consumer groups.
