摘要

民國八○年代台灣女性作家展露頭角，評論者或名之為「閨秀作家」，或稱之為「女性主義」作家，寓有高下褒貶之意。這些女作家用她們的筆，描寫了女性面對生活與情感的努力與適應社會的能力，也間接表現台灣女性文學的發展脈絡。
本文主要是從這群女作家中選定頗受歡迎的蕭麗紅作為研究對象，藉由解讀其文學作品，探討其如何呈現女性的處境及女性自我意識的認同與實現，對應台灣社會兩性關係的變遷。
女性文學是女作家觀察社會變遷，兩性關係微妙變化後，將女性經驗文本化的結果。它用文學表現的方式，有意識或無意識地表露女性問題，描寫那些扮演著社會性別角色的女性生活，呈顯女性在現實社會結構中的生存位置，亦即在父權體制下可能面對的困頓或掙扎；唯有正視、反思女性的真實處境，才能真正實現兩性平等。

A growing literary trend in the1980, the “Woman Writer” or “Feminist Writer” called by critics deserved praise and criticism. These writers depicted women’s efforts at life and feelings and adaptation to the society. The portrayal indirectly represents the development and thread of thought of women’s literature in Taiwan.
The chosen subject among these woman writers for this present study is Li-hung Hsiao. The discussion on her techniques used for the representation of women’s situation and identification with and realization of their self-awareness is done by the analysis of her literary works. The discussion corresponds with changes in male-female relationships in Taiwan’s society.
Through woman writers’ observations on society and male-female relationships changes by woman writers, women’s literature is the product of women’s experiences. Women’s problems are deliberately or intentionally revealed by literary techniques and devices. The portrayal of life of women playing a sex role in society represents their social status for survival, or possible dilemmas as well as struggles under the patriarchy. Sex equality will not be realized until women’s real situation is faced squarely with introspection.
