產品協同設計績效衡量指標之研究

摘要


摘要 現今產業環境的劇烈變化與新技術的快速發展,各企業均希望有效整合內外資源以達企業目標。應用產品資料管理(Product Data Management;PDM)系統工具,進行產品研發、專案管理、文件管理與產品構型管理等協同作業功能,以及發揮分散式產品協同設計(Product Collaborative Design;PCD)運作機制,進而縮短研發作業時間、提升研發的品質及降低作業成本,便成為現今企業重要課題。為了能與產品協同設計系統接軌,企業急需要一適合之產品協同設計績效評量模式,以協助企業進行產品協同設計作業規劃與績效評量之參考。有鑑於此,本研究系統性整理目前國內外有關研究設計績效評量之相關文獻結論,設計一組產品協同設計績效指標,再對有實際導入產品協同設計作業的電子產業,進行產品協同設計績效指標意見調查,透過AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process Theory)分析法來評量指標項目重要度權數,做為關鍵衡量構面之偏好排序,歸納出關鍵績效指標。希冀研究結果可做為電子產業導入產品協同設計系統時,進行作業規劃之決策參考。 關鍵詞:產品資料管理(PDM)、產品協同設計(PCD)、績效指標、AHP分析法

Abstract Under dramatic variation of current industrial environment and rapid development in new technologies, every business is seeking for effective integration of its internal and external resources. Product data management (PDM) is often used as a systematic method to execute the collaborative operational functions for shortening the time spent on research, promoting research quality, and decreasing operational cost. To understand operation of collaborative product design, an appropriate performance evaluation model is needed. Based on the need, this study systematically reviewed both domestic and overseas researches related to product development performance measures and summarizes a set of performance indicators for product collaborative design. The weights for the set of performance indicators are scored by the electronic manufacturers who have the practical operational experience in organizing product collaborative design. Then, analytic hierarchical process (AHP) theory is used to evaluate significance weights of indicators. Finally, critical performance indicators are induced. The result of this study can be served as reference for electronic industry who want to know the performance after conducting collaborative product design.
