摘要

以電源系統製造廠導入生產管理系統為主要的探討對象，探討企業在導入生產資訊系統的過程中與所產生的問題。
在導入資訊化的過程中，舉凡規劃系統需求、系統設計、導入系統過程的教育訓練及軟體的修改與調整、硬體與網路的規劃與維護，都是相當重要的因素。本論文透過個案研究的方式探討企業決策以『由上而下』( Top-Down )運作的方式，配合系統公司以『系統開發生命週期』(System Development Life Cycle)方法，藉由個案公司的系統發展，提供企業用戶的相關建議與參考。

This research primarily targets on the power system factory introduction the production management system, the gradually discusses the enterprises to implementing information system process and to bring problem.
Introducing information system the important elements of process, such as planning system request, system design, educational training for the duration of system phase-in and the modification and adjustment of software, as well as planning and maintenance of hardware and network. This case study discusses the process of introducing the production management system to use 『top-down』&『system development life cycle』 method, explore the system development of case company, to provide some suggestions and guidelines for the introducing production management system of enterprises .
