教育部推動九年一貫課程,為因應學生學習評量方法的多元改變,學校將學生成績處理系統與學校校務行政系統整合,以提高教育行政效能,因此引進了全誼校務系統。 本研究旨在探討桃園國中全誼校務系統現況與使用評價之調查研究。本研究以DeLone & McLean提出的資訊系統成功評估模式為主,同時考量全誼校務系統之特性,本研究僅以「系統品質」、「資訊品質」、「系統使用」、「使用者滿意度」四個指標,做為評估全誼校務系統使用評價的四個向度。 本研究調查將針對桃園國中全校教職人員共209人做出普查,研究工具為研究者自編之「資訊系統成功模式之研究-以桃園國中全誼校務行政系統為例問卷調查」。本研究採用描述性統計、Pearson積差相關、T檢定及廻歸分析等方法進行統計分析。依據本研究分析發現,歸納結論如下: 一、桃園國中全校教職人員對全誼校務系統整體使用評價為「中上」。 二、不同性別、職務教師對全誼校務系統的使用評價並無顯著的差異。 三、桃園國中全誼校務系統的使用評價各向度皆有顯著的正相關。 四、「系統品質、資訊品質、系統使用」對「使用者滿意度」達顯著預測作用。
In recent years, The Ministry of Education in Taiwan promoted the Grade1-9 curriculum for elementary and junior high school education. In order to address the multiple methods of assessing students learning performance and improve administrative effectiveness, ALLE Schoolsoft was implemented, through which students grading system was integrated with school affair information system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the adoption and appraisal of ALLE Schoolsoft in Taoyuan Junior High School. The appraisal process for ALLE Schoolsoft is based upon Delone & Mclean’s IS System Success Model and four categories were identified: System Quality、Information Quality、System Use and User Satisfaction. A total of 209 faculty and staff members at Taoyuan Junior High School participated in this study. The study tool is “The Study of Information System Success Model-a questionnaire for Taoyuan Junior High School ALLE Schoolsoft” edited by researcher herself.The statistical analyses employed in this study include descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression model analysis. These analyses reveal the following findings. 1.The appraisal of ALLE Schoolsoft for faculty and staff members at Taoyuan Junior High School is “above the average”. 2.No significant difference is found of using ALLE Schoolsoft in all four categories between participates’ genders and among their job positions. 3.Significant positive relationships exist among four categories. 4.“System Quality”, “Information Quality” and “System Use” are significant predictors of “User Satisfaction”
