電子製造業WIP控管案例研究

摘要


因應電子製造業生產特性,生產現場的生產資訊與決策,必須隨著客戶產品而變化,同時需快速反應客戶需求,所以現場監控管理更需即時的掌握現場的各種生產資訊,以提昇生產效率。隨著多家客戶需求的變化,現場管理困難度相對提昇。 因此須有一套系統(WIP系統),能根據客戶對產品的特殊要求,同時能配合流動盤點的機制,彈性定義產品生產流程所需的現場生產資料與決策。本論文的研究目的在於,以在製品管制系統來監控現場生產流程的進行,以便及時掌握現場各種生產動態資訊。

To cope with individual production characteristics and respond to customers’ needs in the electronic industry, the information control and data collection solutions in the work sites will be varied by products.As a result, the management of on-site information system shall rapidly reflect just-in-time plant-wide data to improve production efficiency.With the diversified changes of customers' needs, the management of on-site information becomes more and more difficult. Therefore, a WIP system (work in process) enables to define the production data and collection solution of work processes based on customers' special requirements, and accommodate the system of roving inventory taking.The purpose of this study is to provide a framework of WIP system and explain how the system works to collect plant-wide data, which ensures to get just-in-time information from the product lines.
