自 1992年開放大陸配偶來台迄今,已經邁入第十五個年頭,截至 2007年 4 月底止,大陸配偶已達 246,699 人,顯現兩岸婚姻已是台灣近幾年來普遍可見的社會現象,而大陸配偶也逐漸成為台灣社會中的少數族群之一。又因兩岸政經文化背景迥異,致使這群藉由婚姻管道嫁遷來台的大陸配偶,生活適應面臨更大的挑戰與困難,她們的處境值得我們社會大眾關切協助。這些大陸配偶不僅與臺灣人結婚,生下愛的結晶,隨之而來的是她們祖國的文化。這些異國的文化,雖然為臺灣傳統的文化注入了一些新的元素,促使我們的社會更趨向於多元,但也產生了一些新的社會問題,值得我們深入去探討。 本研究主要是在了解大陸配偶來台生活與社區互動模式之探討,希望藉由研究中發現影響的因素及常遭遇的困難,讓其他大陸配偶及那些迎娶大陸配偶的臺灣男子可以當作參考,也可幫助大陸配偶們早日融入我們的社會當中。在研究的方法上選擇質性研究,而訪談對象除了大陸配偶本身外,也包含了她們的鄰居或好友,共訪談 21人,透過半結構式深度訪談的方式,更深入了解她們之間的互動情形。研究發現如下: 一、大陸配偶在語言方面沒有障礙,帶來一些優勢,卻也因此存在一些弊病。 二、來台後所建立的社會網絡,初期仍以同鄉為主體,慢慢才會與台灣人交往。 三、對於政策上的差別待遇覺得無法接受,尤其是身分證及工作證的問題。 四、由於長期受到台灣人歧視,最後演變成「次文化團體對抗主流文化」。 最後針對研究發現,分別對法律層面、相關單位以及社會大眾提出建議,並建議未來的研究發展方向。
It is the fifteenth year for Taiwan admit that mainland Chinese spouses to reside. The total amount of the population has been reached 246,699 from 1992 to April, 2007. It is apparently that it has been common for getting married to mainland Chinese in Taiwan. However, the spouses from main land China have been one of the minority groups step by step. Because of the different economic and political cultures, those who come to Taiwan by the channel of marriage face more difficulties and challenges in life adjustments. We should pay attention to their situations and help them. They get married to Taiwanese and give birth to babies. With them comes the come exotic culture. The ethnic diversity enriches the traditional Taiwanese society and makes it a multi-cultural one, too. At the same time, it brings some culture shock and causes some problems, which deserve having researches on. The research is to probe the life and the mode of community interaction for those spouses from mainland China, to find the factors of influence, difficulties they usually meet and help them to get adjusted to Taiwanese culture. It is for the reference for the spouses themselves from mainland China and Taiwanese men who have the spouses from mainland China. The research is based on Qualitative research method. With the semi-structural in depth interview, there are 21 people interviewed, including spouses from mainland China, their neighbors, and their good friends. The results are as the following: 1. They have the superiority for the sake of no obstacles in language; however, with the reason, there are some shorts. 2. After they come to Taiwan, they establish the social network on their hometown, and then gradually they make friends with Taiwanese. 3. They don’t accept the difference of the policies, especially those problems involving with I.D. and job visas. 4. They have been discriminated by Taiwanese for a long time, which develop into the mode of “subculture group against large culture.” At the last, to the law makers, the authorities related, and the public in the society, the research gives the suggestions and directs the future study.
