復健物理治療病患健康促進生活型態的初探

Examing the effect of health promotion behaviors in a sample of physical theorapy patients

摘要

本研究主要為探討復健物理治療病患健康促進生活型態、孤獨感、憂鬱及壓力因應的現況、影響因素及關聯性。本研究採簡單隨機抽樣方式，樣本為台北市某醫療院所正在接受復健物理治療的病患，問卷資料蒐集期間自101年3月20日至5月15日止，由研究者親自向每位受測者詳細說明，並取得同意後填答，願意接受填答者共計100位，回收有效問卷樣本數為94份，並經由統計分析軟體(SPSS18.0) 進行分析。研究結果發現：1. 復健物理治療病患其自覺孤獨感對健康促進生活型態不具有顯著影響；2. 復健物理治療病患其自覺憂鬱對健康促進生活型態不具有顯著影響；3. 復健物理治療病患其自覺壓力因應對健康促進生活型態具有正向顯著影響。

This study is to investigate the rehabilitation of physical therapy patients to feel the health promoting lifestyle, loneliness, depression and stress should be the current situation, influencing factors and correlation. Sample of hospitals in Taipei are receiving physical therapy in rehabilitation of patients as test subjects for this study, a total of 100 questionnaires were issued, the actual questionnaires to 94, and by the statistical analysis software (SPSS18.0) analysis. The results showed that: (1) physical therapy rehabilitation patients consciously loneliness does not have a significant impact on the health promoting lifestyle; 2. Physical therapy rehabilitation patients consciously melancholy does not have a significant impact on the health promoting lifestyle; physiotherapy rehabilitation of patients consciously pressure due to respond to the health promoting lifestyle has a positive significant effect; 4. physical therapy rehabilitation patients perceived health promoting lifestyle has a positive significant effect on life satisfaction; 5. physiotherapy rehabilitation of patients perceived social support would life satisfaction significantly with a positive significant effect.
