國小六年級學童親子間的性溝通、網路使用行為、性知識與性態度及彼此間的相關性研究

摘要

本研究之目的為調查並探討國小六年級學童親子間的性溝通、網路使用行為、性知識及性態度之現況及其相關性。為一橫斷性、描述性相關性研究設計，採立意取樣，以結構式問卷進行資料收集，問卷內容包括：個人基本屬性、親子間的性溝通量表、網路使用行為量表、性知識量表與性態度量表，在高雄地區6所國民小學，收案六年級學童，共計471位。所得資料以次數分配表、百分比、平均值、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析以及逐步複迴歸進行統計分析。
　　研究結果發現：(1)親子間的性溝通以母子的性溝通，指標得分為47.8分，優於父子的性溝通，指標得分為43.4分。(2)網路使用行為之次量表指標得分依序為：資訊性、休閒娛樂、虛擬社交以及虛擬情感。(3)性知識之次量表指標得分依序為：青春期的身體發展、懷孕分娩與避孕、月經與經期保健、性傳染病以及性器官的功能與構造。(4)國小六年級學童整體之性態度得分為正向；性態度之次量表指標得分依序為：與異性交往、性的社會問題、性別角色、青春期的身體發展、月經與經期保健以及實施性教育。(5)親子間的性溝通總量表及其次量表與性態度呈正相關；網路使用行為總量表與性態度未達統計上顯著相關，但其次量表之資訊性及休閒娛樂與性態度呈顯著負相關；性知識總量表及其次量表與性態度呈顯著正相關。(6)性別、性知識及親子間的性溝通為國小六年級學童性態度之預測因子，可解釋之總變異量為20.9％，性知識為最重要之預測因子。
　　本研究結果可提供社區護理人員及學校護士共同討論及策劃學校衛生教育之內容建構，做為性教育之依據，以提升在學學童成長階段的性態度建立，此實證資料，亦可增進護理人員詢問病史之敏銳度及技巧，且激發護理人員省思自身於學童性知識及態度之角色地位。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among parent-child sexual communication, behavior of internet use, sexual knowledge and sexual attitude among 471 sixth-grade students of elementary school in southern Taiwan. It was a cross-sectional and correlational study design and five structured questionnaires (including personal characteriscs, Parent-Child Sexual Communication, Behaviors of Internet Use, Sexual Knowledge and Sexual Attitude were used descriptive statistics, examine Pearson’s product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression were used to analysize the collected data.
The results of this study showed that (1) The index scores of Mother-Child Sexual Communication (47.8) is better than Father-Child Sexual Communication (43.4); (2) The index scores of Behaviors of Internet Use was Information, Leisure Recreation, Fictitious Social Action and Fictitious Emotion in Behavior of Internet Use. (3) The index scores of Sexual Knowledge was the Bodies Develop in Adolescence, Pregnancy Childbirth and Contraception, Menarche and Menstrual Health Care, Sexually Transmitted Disease and Sexual Organs Function and Conformation. (4) The total scores with of the Sexual Attitude were positively among sixth-grade students of elementary school. The following sequence of index scores of sexual attitude was association with opposite sex, sexual question in community, gender role, the bodies develop in adolescence, menarche and menstrual health care and practice sexual educate. (5) The Parent-Child Sexual Communication and Sexual Knowledge were significantly positively associated with the sexual attitude. The Behaviors of Internet Use were not significantly correlatedly with sexual attitude, but the Information and Leisure Recreation subscales had significantly negative effects on the sexual attitude. (6) Gender, Sexual Knowledge and Parent-Child Sexual Communication were the there significant predictors of sexual attitude, accounting for 20.9% of the variance. The most important predictor is sexual knowledge.
The findings of this Study may be a reference assist health nurse of community and school nurses in discussion and making plans of school health education in sexual education to promote and establish positive sexual attitude for school children.It also can be a evidence base for clinical nurses to enhance their sensitive and skins of history taking and to stimulate them to reflection about the role function of sexual knowledge and attitude for population.
