高雄氣爆事件受創者創傷後成長之敘說研究
Narrative research of post-traumatic growth of Kaohsiung Gas Explosion survivors
摘要
過去台灣在災難心理學研究方面，多聚焦於受創者的負向改變，關於復原與成長之相關研究尚屬起步階段；近十年來正向心理學逐漸蓬勃發展，從原來比較關注疾病缺陷的傳統心理學，轉而強調研究正向經驗與個人長處以促進人類美好生活。因此，本研究擬探究高雄氣爆事件受創者，經歷創傷事件後的歷程與創傷後成長內涵呈現，以充實本土災難心理研究之累積。本研究使用敘說研究方法，共訪談三位，首先將每位受訪者的故事以「整體－內容」的分析方法呈現，根據每位受訪者的敘說內容撰寫整體故事，之後採用「類別－內容」分析法，從不同受訪者的文本中抽取與研究目的和問題相關的主題，並歸類到不同的類別裡。研究結果發現，在創傷後成長的因素上，三位受訪者呈現出「社會支持」、「認知因應」、「角色與特質」等共同的三大主題。至於創傷後成長內涵，則歸納出「助人與利社會行為」、「感恩與珍惜生命」、「同理心增加」、「生命的重新安排」、「眼界更開闊－注意到更多弱勢團體」以及「感恩他人－父母及幫助過自己的人」等主題。本研究除了比對與過去研究結果相異同的部分，也討論了較獨特的本土意涵，以及與另外一類型的災難－九二一地震的比較。

The research of disaster psychology in Taiwan has been focused on the subject’s negative change after disasters. Back then, issues related to resilience and growth were still in the early stage of starting. With the development of positive psychology during the past decade, the research focus of psychology has gradually turned from disease and defect to the positive experience, personal value, and promoting good life. Therefore, the current study aims to make an inquiry of subjects in 81 Kaohsiung Gas Explosion, look into their experience through the trauma, and the kinds of post-traumatic growth they present. Three subjects were interviewed, and the “narrative research method” was used to gather and analysis narrative data. Each subject’s transcript was transformed into story through “holistic-content” analysis before extracting subtexts that answer our research questions. These subtexts were organized into different categories through “categorical-content analysis” to clarify the factors and outcomes of their posttraumatic growth. To understanding the content of the posttraumatic growth presenting in different types of trauma, we compared our results to 921 Earthquake and other significant tragedies in Taiwan. In addition, the discussion of the indigenous meaning of some special contents was made.
